Hi, there should be a way to see the contact information that is assigned to a device through the Alerts API, at least the email that's associated to an account, at the moment it only shows the device name, and then you can use that to obtain the last logged user from the Agents information matching the DeviceName on the Agents API, but that doesn't really gives me any data to connect to the Contacts API so I can match it and retrieve the email address, this should be displayed on the alerts so it can be used to manage the alert, if I don't have any sort of contact information it makes it very difficult to make use of the alerts provided as who are you going to notify of the issue if there is no way to retrieve that information?
