It would be great to have an inline picture viewer for attached pictures, so we don't have to download and open them

Bread Crumb Trail
Would be a nice feature to have a bread crumb trail at the top of the window for navigating up one more more levels.
In some instances within sites or reporting, the back button is not useful. Only option is to go back to the left menu and start from the main menu item.

Old UI Layout With The New Features
The old UI layout is the most efficient and most productive IMHO even compared to other ticketing systems. I don't have any issues with adding new capabilities and features but there should also be an option to have the old UI with the new features. Thanks!

Default Number of tickets displayed
It would be nice if we could change the default number of tickets displayed from 20.
I'm currently overseeing all tickets for my organisation and having to scroll, then wait for the next 20 tickets to load is painfully slow.5 votes -
Logout warning
It would be nice if we were given a warning 10 minutes or so before Atera automatically logs an engineer out of the system. I don't know how many times we've lost the content of tickets that are in progress because we just get bumped to a login screen.
It's not like you can pick up the ticket again if it hasn't already been saved, you just have to start all over again which may be impossible if there are screenshots etc you've taken.5 votes -
custom fields
Custom field modifying window too small. can the custom field editor be modified to be bigger if you want to update/modify the field. Modify box is far too small to be useful. not just on custom field but also on all other clickable data fields. Passwords for example.

Accessible satisfaction Survey
Currently, Atera's satisfaction survey system lacks accessibility features, particularly for visually impaired users. When a ticket is resolved, Atera sends out a survey, but blind users are unable to interact with it effectively using screen readers. Key issues include the lack of attributes announcing survey options like "Very Poor," "Poor," "Matched Expectations," "Great," and "Super," which are identified only as "Blank." Additionally, attempting to click on these options does not launch the survey in the web browser. Furthermore, the web version of the survey also presents accessibility challenges.
We request the implementation of comprehensive accessibility features within Atera's survey system.…

Open Knowledge Base Access
To access the Atera Knowledge base a user must make an account which they will not do. And as a technician I can't just share the Knowledge base article link with the user via the Ticket itself either. This makes the Knowledge base only useful to the technicians and not the users.

Prevent tickets being created from chat
Currently a ticket is created when a chat session lasts longer than 2 minutes.
Please add an option to prevent this.

when you go to a customer page and look at ticket it shows by default open and pending it could really do to show on hold as well by default

Would like to be able to have the new look option be per user instead of global so each user can use the look they prefer.

Allow some users to decide their own user interface without affecting the rest of the users of the account.

User preference for landing page
The landing page after signing in recently changed from Dashboard to Devices. This should instead be a user preference with a default of Dashboard. This would allow users the flexibility to configure the dashboard and/or to set a landing page best suited to their role, a feature fairly common in complex UIs.
