IPadOS Safari Support - Splashtop RMM
This should be a simple enough request. Atera on iPadOS Safari actually works quite well however, one critical function does not work; it does not launch Splashtop RMM successfully. This does work on Chrome on iPadOS however, the formatting of the site is not great. Would be a real plus 👍

Service Desk - Make the Add Ticket Button More Accessible
We are still fairly new to Atera and I'm trying to get our portal up as quickly as possible. When our users go to the portal to open a ticket, the "+" button is hidden under the menu in the top left corner. It would be ideal for that menu to be open with the + visible to add a new ticket... or insert an "Add Ticket" button in the upper right corner or somewhere on the screen that is more easily accessible.

Enhanced Time Tracking Functionality
Feature Overview:
I would like to suggest the addition of a more accessible and versatile time recording feature. The idea is to have a time recording option readily visible at the top of the main page header. This would allow users to quickly initiate time tracking, for instance, when receiving a phone call from a customer, without the need to navigate away from their current page.Functionality Details:
Instant Start/Stop: Users should be able to start and stop the time recording with a single click from the main header. This ensures that capturing the duration of impromptu tasks or customer…

Ability to enable or disable the generation of screenprint when creating new ticket using ctrl+f12
Customers do not like to use the ctrl+f12 functionality, since it take approx. 10+ seconds from pressing the key combination and until the Portal dialog shows.
It would be nice to be able to able to control the feature by registry and/or by the enduser them self.1 vote -

The Sites section table currently shows

Could it be considered that you add the below?
Number of Users
Number of Devices
Number of Assets
Number of AlertsWe dont uses the the ticketing aspect but Number of Tickets for those that do?
Am i alone in this?

Allow agent<>user machine relationship to be updated via API
The API is a great way to update many items quickly.
To be able to update the agent's relationship with a user via code would be a real bonus.
Currently facing the prospect of updating this manually fills me with dread.

Add subscription renewal date to subscription page
It would be helpful to know when our next subscription billing date is on the subscription page itself. Right now it just shows Monthly and Yearly fee along with payment info. I had to contact support to see when my next billing date would be.

Quick alert info on the Devices page
It would be really cool to be able to hover over the alert counters on a device in the main Devices page and get some more info on the alerts without having to click on the device itself. That way if it's an alert that's easily remediated by a script, I could click the checkbox on the device and run a script straight from the Devices page.

Sort "Save View" / "Category" suggestion
Hey Team!
I like your improvements on the Device Site and played aroung with different filters and saving different views where I see a chance to customize it even better:When I type a category where my view should appear there should be a suggestion of categories I already have in the list. So it is easy to click the right one and minimize the risk of a typo.
The views or categories should be able to be moved up and down via drag & drop just like in the custom fields so I can adjust and customize that.

ticket status button
On the Tickets page, if more than 20 tickets are showing, the blue ticket status oval is useless. Each time you click on it the page repositions and you can't change the status of the ticket you just clicked on. Your team says it is hard coded for 20 tickets. This should be fixed.

Save last folder location in File Transfer
A Quality of Life suggestion: remember the last location open in the File Transfer feature for each device so that when I reopen it I start where I last left off.

CRTL+Enter to send a reply or publish a note.
It would be nice to use a keystroke to send my replies or publish my ticket notes. Right now, the key command appears to create a page break? I never use that. I would use CTRL+Enter to send multiple times per day.

View AgentID in the GUI
When you view a customer, the CustomerID shows in the URL.
When you view an agent, the AgentGUID shows in the URL.When working with the API, you require the AgentID. Please expose this via the GUI.

Change Colours on Device Preformace metric graph
Currently the colours are Pink / purple and Blue of a similar hue. I am colourblind and cannot easy see which is Ram and CPU at a glance, I need to use context clues to decide which is which line. It would be nice to have to option to change to anything, but more contrasty colours like orange and blue would be appreciated. Also GPUs core usage would be nice here too.

logon captcha to log into atera
adding the extra captcha to the log in is an extra pain, but understandable. Could you lower its requirements to not be case sensitive? I believe Microsoft captcha is not case sensitive. It just takes extra time especially on a laptop to log in.
My 2 cents

Easier way to add time to tickets
The current process for adding time to tickets is not very efficient.
- The automatic timer model doesn’t work very well for in-house IT Departments as we often have people coming into our office asking for help or stopping us in the hallways asking for help so the automatic timer setting doesn’t work as time gets skewed.
- The process for adding manual time is slow as we have to click on the Add time button, wait for the page to load and then add time in an annoying format of HH:MM:SS.
- A faster solution would be to have a drop down…
