Fix UI on Ticket Automation page
On the ticket automation page, the div for the automation title/description is set extremely short (440px). This leaves the descriptions completely cut of if anything more then approx 10 words. Other than hovering over the description, there is also no easy way to view the descriptions for all the rules at once. A simple CSS adjustment would fix this:

manage context menu
Context menu behavior. On devices in search page, make the context menu shift to stay visible in the window. Currently it is a fixed position which causes issues on smaller screen resolutions or when restarting devices.

Change order of categories in general Search
Currently search returns;
Tickets, Agents, Contacts
This means the top area is cluttered with tickets (including closed tickets) if all i wan is a contact.A better order would be

I shouldn't have to set search options eveyr time I search for a user. Either make search options sticky, or offer search types (like there are list types) - search agents, search tickets etc.

online status for Users on Users tab. Registered user next to computer name in Devices tab.
It would be really handy to show the User next to the computer in the device list. This would allow us to quickly see who is online rather than clicking on the computer and checing who the agent is registered to.
Also related to this, listing the agent registered to the user in the Users details panel on the Users page, also an online/offline indicator (Green/Red dot).
This would be so handy for us to quickly view online status of our homeworking users.

Disable new feature modal
I don't need to be told every month theres a new version out by covering the entire screen when I login. This is bad SaaS practice and is a jarring experience when you're logging on to complete a task.
The Notification bubble at the top of the screen already tells me about new releases, this is sufficient.

"Devices" tab alpha/numerical view
I would like the "Devices" tab to be in alphabetical order like how we view devices in the "Sites" tab.

move position of minimized window
When you open powershell or task manager for a device and then minimize it, the question mark support button then blocks the close button of the minimized window. Is it possible for the front-end dev team to please move the minimized window to the left of the support button so that the whole minimized window with two buttons is visible?

Show mobile numbers at a glance in Atera on Company Contacts Tab/Page
When we load the contacts page for a company in Atera we are shown the main phone number for each contact as below:
Name
Job Title
Main Phone Number
E-Mail address
Date CreatedI suggest we add mobile phone number, showing the following information at a glance:

Login Feature - default blade
I want to be able to set login defaults. One technician may need the "Customers" blade while another would prefer the "Dashboard" blade.
Please enable us to configure this per profile.

Search for contacts with their mobile number
When an authorised contact calls us and their mobile number is stored in the Mobile Phone field, we should be able to use the search bar in Atera to find that mobile number and it's associated contact in Atera.
Currently 'Phone' field is included in the search but 'Mobile Phone' is not.
We have mobile phone numbers populated in Azure AD and therefore they are synced to the Mobile Phone field in Atera, this should be searchable.

Open Device in New Tab from Ticket Screen
When working in a ticket there are many times where I want to switch to the device. There's a button to go to the device, but it doesn't open it in a new tab. This causes problems for navigation - especially when I need to stop and start the ticket timer. If I right-click on the device to try and manually open it in a new tab, it ends up in a load loop and never completes.

Move search loading spinning icon
Simple, move the spinning icon when searching to the bottom of the page. Every search I do ends in me miss clicking because I move faster than your search runs. I search and the item I want is top of the list but as I click it the search finishes and moves the entire list!

Reset search criteria under "All" Tab
It would be great if the search box criteria was reset in the "All" tab, when you click on another tab. Currently the search is active when you click on a different tab, which means you have to go back and clear the search criteria.

Customer service chat that go directly to feature request
If I contact customer service asking for a help and the process does not exist, there should be a button for the agent to submit the request on your behalf. Much more likely just to find a tool that has what we need.

Text Box fonts need to be darker
When looking at the text boxes on the dashboard or webpage the fonts color is a very light gray. Can you adjust and make it black. Headers seem fine, but what is in the text box is not.

Custom field type of Image
Looking to get a custom field type of attach image or even an inline image. The thought would be to be able to document an image of the desktop or device for reference if needed.
