  1. "Signature Attached" isn't all that helpful or meaningful to the customer - being able to provide a declaration - "I confirm that the work completed is to my satisfaction" for example would be much more helpful and meaningful.

  3. it would be great if the mobile app did more things like pulseways mobile app... the ability to unlock an account without having access to a laptop and having to login would be great

  4. Would be great to have a "Device" Tab on the bottom of the mobile app so we'd have a direct way to access the full list of devices in alphabetical order (with the option to sort)

  5. It would be cool if technicians could access the knowledge base from the Atera mobile app.
    And it would be great to be able to take pictures of equipment with your smartphone and send them to Atera.

  6. For over 6 months now, I have not been able to login to the mobile app on my phone. Even with help from support for this, the only successful login has been setting Chrome as my default browser, rebooting the phone, getting Atera app to open the login in Chrome, then log in, but that forces setting up Microsoft Authenticator app again, but successfully logs out. However, upon logging out of the app (to test), Atera then opens Firefix despite Chrome being set as default. Then when I attempt to login using biometrics, I get "Not Allowed." error (with the…

  8. Can you add application badges for the alert options in iOS that would add an application badge to Atera for alerts, new tickets, and unread ticket responses.

  9. Need the ability to have customizable service forms that can be created on the mobile app. The service form that is created should be able to import into QuickBooks Online and then be turned into an invoice.
