  5. To link Atera to some of our project management and knowledge base platforms. A lot of information is stored and updated on those platforms and it will be great to pull it into Atera to the device page, customer page, and even the main dashboard. It can be different note platforms like - Evernote, Jira conference, notion, or even Monday.com.

It would be nice if Atera had traditional message boards for community access that are Atera monitored and community assisted, it would provide much better support for people who want to bounce and idea or question off users in similar environments. Facebook is ??okay?? but I've been watching for over a week and haven't seen a single new posting. A community support mechanism should have regular interactions between the support personnel and product users. If Atera doesn't want to support their own forums, Spiceworks.com already has an Atera vendor page and millions of technology enthusiasts who love helping other people.…

  7. Search in the new UI behaves differently: Scenario: You copy a serial number from somewhere but accidentally include an extra space in front of it (easily done) and then paste it in to the Atera search box in the new UI. This can lead to a lot of confusion as it is not always obvious that you have accidentally got a leading space in the search box.

  8. Require a Drill Down Menu (multi-level tree structure) for Customers:

    When we click on Customers Menu on the left it should (show + or > sign) expand all customers and we should be able to drill down to any customer. And when we Select a particular customer, it should expand and show options such as Devices, Tickets, Alerts, etc. This will be a very helpful feature and make the process of switching between different customers.

  10. The parameters text field is not available for the Microsoft Office deployment tool in the Software bundle. Since only the parameter can specify what exact office product needs to be installed, in a bundle can be installed only a default product - Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016. I consider it a bug.

  12. Eine Funktion, dass man sich mit einem Klick auf ein Gerät oder eine Website verbinden kann und das Passwort und der Benutzer wird automatisch eingegeben. Bzw. einen Button mit dem man die Hinterlegte Website direkt Aufrufen kann.

  17. Il serait utile de pouvoir configurer la durée d'alerte d'expiration des contrats à 3 mois (actuellement 2 mois maximum). Car pour respecter le délai légale d'information (hause des tarifs par exemple) auprès des clients, mon avocat m'informe que le délai est de 3 mois avant (et non 2 mois). La fonction existant déjà, je ne pense pas qu'il soit très difficile d'ajouter la proposition 3 mois ? ;) Merci par avance !
