It would be nice if Atera had traditional message boards for community access that are Atera monitored and community assisted, it would provide much better support for people who want to bounce and idea or question off users in similar environments. Facebook is ??okay?? but I've been watching for over a week and haven't seen a single new posting. A community support mechanism should have regular interactions between the support personnel and product users. If Atera doesn't want to support their own forums, Spiceworks.com already has an Atera vendor page and millions of technology enthusiasts who love helping other people.…

"Charge me now"-button
If, for some reason you could not charge the credit card for some time the blue bar appears and states the one should update it´s card information.
If you resolve the issue with your card then you do not know when the next attempt, if any, to try to charge your card again will happen.
Suggestion: Add a "Charge me now" - button to retry the current card as you only can do that by resubmitting all your card info once again.

Office deployment bug in a software bundle
The parameters text field is not available for the Microsoft Office deployment tool in the Software bundle. Since only the parameter can specify what exact office product needs to be installed, in a bundle can be installed only a default product - Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016. I consider it a bug.

I Think it would be very useful to have a forum for Atera MSP's to be able to interact with Atera specialists and with each other about issues and best practices when using Atera. This could be a place to exchange ideas about scripts, thresholding and more.

Central assignment of policies
unfortunately you can only apply a policy to a folder in the customer area. I would like the option to assign the customer folder directly from the policy. Or better, that you can assign a policy via a filter rule (e.g. all windows workstations).
