Show logs of Scripts being created/modified and deleted in Admin>Audit Logs.

Change System & Tickets Date Format
Please add on the new feature update a possibility to change the system date format to have other format as default. We are exporting timesheet and the date format are set to US which does not work for us as we are in Australia. This is a must setting that you should be looking to implement.

Modify/edit the time intervals for alerts
Possibility to modify/edit the time intervals for alerts. If a Citrix server takes more time to boot it will make an alert. If we can change the time intervals of the servers by group of per machine we can cover this issue.

Enable time-out to automatically sign out of Atera if inactive for given time
Enable a time-out to be automatically signed out of Atera if inactive for a given amount of time. Plus, when logging out, being able to select if you want to log out of this session or all sessions.
Lack of this feature weakens security if, for example, a technician forgets to log out from their computer.

Multiple email addresses to send from
In our MSP, we have multiple "teams" that deal with different types of tickets. For example, we have an IT Helpdesk with one email address and a "Web Support" helpdesk that deals with tickets specifically around Web Hosting & DNS. We'd like the ability to "send" from any of these teams AND for the system to be able to autoreply from the correct email address when customers raise a ticket. Currently, the system only allows one "sending" address, so whichever team a customer sends their enquiry to, the central sending address is used to send them their ticket reference etc.

Using Assets in tickets
It would be very useful if we would be able to select an asset when creating (or working on) a ticket.
We want to use the assets feature to keep track of our customer's printers. If we also manage the pc/server/... we can install the Atera agent but that is not always an option, unfortunately. If we can attach assets to the tickets we can easily filter and keep track of the issues we've had to deal with.

Ability in Registry Editor to delete a Key, and search function
First: I want to delete a Registry Key, but this is unavailable. I can only delete a registry value.

Sort "My Scripts" list and category dropdown list alphabetically
This is using the new Atera interface, by the way.....When running a script on a device (Devices -> Manage -> Run Script), the category list as well as the list of scripts are not alphabetized. I have over 100 scripts in "My Scripts" and I'm trying to prioritize certain scripts in level of importance to run by simply numbering them in the category name and script name("1. categoryname", "2. categoryname","1. scriptname", "2. scriptname", etc) so my tech knows what categories of scripts to run first and what order to run those scripts in, but the scripts and categories are not…

Would it be possible to get Atera to set a minimum length for passwords to say 12 or 15 characters to help protect account compromises. Or to be able to have this ability per customer. So Admin of Ateras can set the minimum length.

Script versioning
I just ran into an issue where a script was updated, but there was an error. There doesn't seem to be a way of restoring from a previous version or backup. It would be nice to have a history of the script and track changes.

Failed login

Have a Master contract (I.e. MSA) with multiple billing types (I.e. Per Agent, Per Server, Per Network Device, Bulk Hours and T&M) under it. Start & Finish dates set per the MSA.
Right now, I have 5 contracts for a client to manage the MSA agreement I have signed with them.
