  1. Within the contract there's Hourly rate and Overage rate. Many of us will also subtract from the block hours differently when we work after hours & weekends, however there is no field for this in the contract. Support suggested I create a separate contract for After hours, but this will not work. It creates a separate block of hours to pool from. Also reports can only be pulled from one contract at a time. Again this doesn't work. Please add a field in the Block Time contract for After Hours rate as well as Overage -After Hours rate.

  2. We need to be able to edit contact information for customers. I have tried to add phone numbers and extensions, only to have the program not take it, and I had to reach out to a tech to see why. They explained that we aren't able to add anything but numbers when editing the phone number portion, but even if I add an extension number after the main part of a phone number, it won't "take". Why can't there be a field added for phone extension? Also, just trying to edit any field in general is hard to do because…

  4. It would be great to get Customer Satisfaction results via the API.

    The report available in the platform currently lists all results for each ticket but I would really like to get an overall for each customer and all customers.

  6. Since devices are assets too, it would be nice to see them or, at the very least, copy them to the Assets tab so all assets can appear together... and then be able to report on all of it.

  8. Allow us to mark a customer as delinquent on their account, and then it shows some type of icon or symbol next to their name on their portal and any tickets for them.
    That way techs can easily see when a customer isn't paid up and can address it accordingly.

  9. Currently only an admin can create folders under Customers Tab->CustomerName->Devices. Could you add the ability to assign permission to a normal user to do this? Assigning Full Admin rights to 1st line support engineers just so they can create a folder is not a good idea.

  10. When selecting multiple customers to delete, it would be good to see a list of these customers in the PERMANET DELETE prompt for double check. Also maybe another promtp to make sure.

  12. ability to assign one contact to more than one customer. I have 1 customer with 13 locations. But one contact is working for all 13 locations. It makes things complicated.

  13. When we add a new client, it would be nice to have templates for them so as soon as we select them, it creates the right folder, it assigns the right IT auto profile & threshold based on those folder. It send out the software bundles

  14. Assign a contact to multiple agents and/or assign multiple contacts to an agent. Preferably the latter of course (n:n). It's very common for a customer to use/own multiple devices or a device being used by multiple users.

  15. We have added custom ticket status' but when viewing a customer's tickets page it only ever selects :open" and "pending" by default and meeds to have your custom ones selected EVERY time you go back to that page.

    We should have a way that we can set what ones are preselected by default so that we can see the tickets we need to for each customer quicker and easier

  16. Hi Team,

    Its just to add a basic option when we add contracts, we have no option to add our contract type (New Contract > On option "Contract Type"). Here we need to have our vendors option Like Microsoft , Zoho , Symantec etc for better filtering.

    Now we can see its predefined by yourself and cannot be added our own.

It would be nice to be able to update contact information in real time, so when you type in the information and click on the checkmark it updates and gives you a confirmation that the editing took hold. I have tried editing contact information for customer contacts and I have to go back in several times to get it to "take".

  20. Please bring back the Customer A-Z lookup feature!

    Or at least give me some other control of how my customers are displayed within the Atera portal:

    https://app.atera.com/new/customers

    I liked the old way better when I could choose alphabetically from A-Z to quickly jump to a location.

    Currently, when I try to scroll, it has an annoying lag to get to the bottom of the page. Therefore, I would like to go back to the old display, or somehow add back the “A-Z” selection.
