Possibility of having same email address for 2 contacts

Display Customer Rank every where customer is placed.
In the admin section improve the Rank system and allow variables like revenue (last quarter, last year, etc - again allowing us to choose. ) Now when we pull up a default list of tickets we could sort by ranking that is relative to OUR needs.

Better API Lookups
Ability to use the API to look up customers by Phone Number instead of selecting a page and then locating the customer. Also ability to create customer with just a phone number and not an email if one is not available.

Go Back button under Customer
Go Back button under Customer. If I am under a specific customer and I want to go to all my customers' list, I need to click back on the search engine rather than a "back" button in Atera.

Secure Custom Fields:
It would be useful to be able to secure custom fields, as unique local admin passwords could be generated for individual agents via scripting.

blocked customers
Currently when viewing a customers individual record, One can set the customers as "BLOCKED" ( non payment/late payment etc) The tiny icon overlay is displayed ( from the ranking feature) . My request is:
1) Make this a little bigger or even allow us to create/upload own images and have up to 10 rankings.
2) Make this overlay display function, which is already available, make it available where ever the client is displayed. EVEN on tickets, Lists, etc.

Add feature to group several customers and/or devices.
Also, add feature to apply a threshold profile or running a script on a group.Just one example: Group that contains all servers, so I can apply a threshold profile or run a script on all servers at once.

Password Folders/ Sections
It would be nice to have separate Folders for Password. So that it is easier to manage and sort through the passwords.
Under Passwords we can have customizable folders with the different Password types. i.e. Windows Logins, Email, and so on

"suspend" button to suspend monitoring and automations for a customer
Let say that a customer is not paying you and you want to temporary suspend any kind of monitoring and automations.
A "suspend" button to to that to every PC for that customer will be great. So in a click I can suspend and then re-enable all my personalized threshold, all my automations, all my scripts, etc.. without have to do that manually for every PC

It would be very helpful is we can categorize passwords, just like in Devices or similar.

It should be nice to save photos about it room, special devices, servers, etc... with a little description. This could be interesting when you have to explain to your technician particular activities..

Add Product dropdown option on Contracts
Currently when creating a new contract you can only initially select from "Contract Rates" in the dropdown. If you want to contract for a "Product" you have to save the contract first, then edit and select the product as they are not initially displayed in the rate dropdown when creating the contract. This is probably good so as to not have to dig though all products and rates each time. I suggest, similar to the "Additional Rate" option to add a "Product / Service" dropdown so items can be selected on contract creation and save some clicks.

Device Numbers
A field to show how many devices each customer has would be great. We need an overview of device numbers per client on one page ie.

Sync contracts in Atera with API
We are managing our SLA's in other software than Atera. It would be great to use the API to sync contracts.
