  1. At the top of the Customers page, add an "Export Customer List" and/or "Export Filtered Customer List" button that generates a CSV file with all of the Customer's general details (Name, Contact Email, etc.) This will help customers reconcile their Customer List in Atera with their active Customers to ensure accuracy.

  2. Comment function for customers and contacts.

    There is no comment function for customers and contacts in order to be able to understand conversation notes with an automatically set date and time. These have no place in the ticket. This information is purely for internal workflow.

  3. Have noticed when you want to CC in a user / shared mailbox that if they are not a contact, you need to add/create them as a contact before the CC will work for that account, which is a pain with so many users we do support and some are external too

    Can we have a function were copy and pasting an email address into the CC field and clicking send will email that address rather than it just ignoring it due to not being a contact?

  4. Make it possible to add to the "full client name" an abbreviation or a kind of company ID code. We have this in other systems (documentation in IT portal for example) and are quite used to search for "WH" instead of "Westinghouse" etc.

  5. I propose an enhancement to Atera platform, specifically regarding the integration of new devices into the system. The key features of this proposal are as follows:

    Automatic Addition of Devices to Assets: Newly added devices should be automatically registered as assets within the system. This feature could be toggleable via an option in the admin panel, allowing for flexibility based on the customer's preference.

    Data Relationship Linking: There should be a functional link between the 'Devices' section and the 'Assets' section. For instance, if a device is removed or decommissioned in the assets section, the system should prompt the user…

  6. We should be able to add (and sort) our custom asset fields in the list.
    There is a lot of data there, and having to open each item is not a good way of managing these assets.

    We should be able to add the custom fields as columns and to be able to sort them.

  8. We would like to automatically provide our customers with 'IT Automation Feedbacks' via email after the IT automation profiles have been processed. We envision: 1. Being able to include customer information and a personalized greeting. 2. Inserting the customer's logo. 3. Deciding which information from the feedback to append or display in the report to the customer.

  9. It would be great to be able to manage Microsoft 365 users directly from Atera. Doing things like Password Resets, Create new users, Adjust / Add licenses, Email forwarding etc, instead of having to login to each customers Admin portal everytime. This can become extremely time consuming.

  12. Welcome automation emails only work when contacts are created individually for each customer. Importing customers with CSV or syncing with AD azure doesn't send the welcome email automatically to new contacts.

    Welcome emails are the first interaction with new customer employees. This is highly recommended.

  13. Could we get a "Notes" section for a client contact? Right now we're opening a ticket, creating the note, then resolving the ticket. We don't want to use tickets as notes.

  14. I would be nice to be able to keep any tickets from a closed customer.
    Actually, closing a customer mean to delete any datas (computers but also tickets).
    But any tickets is important for the records.

  15. Custom fields for contacts.
    Ability to create One custom field that has a Multi Check box feature. Ability to select multiple checkboxes at one time. Example (all boxes can be checked) Main POC, Champion, Accounting POC, Purchasing POC, Champion POC, Technical POC

  16. Add some extra fields to the customer information (where their phone # and address are listed) for things like ISP, Email host, domain host, phone provider, etc. Having a field for the provider/host and the corresponding contact information would be nice.

    Also have a full notes section for each customer would be nice for storing client information. Basically just put a single page of the knowledge base on each customer portal where it's a full page editable field that you can store random client information.

  19. Within the contract there's Hourly rate and Overage rate. Many of us will also subtract from the block hours differently when we work after hours & weekends, however there is no field for this in the contract. Support suggested I create a separate contract for After hours, but this will not work. It creates a separate block of hours to pool from. Also reports can only be pulled from one contract at a time. Again this doesn't work. Please add a field in the Block Time contract for After Hours rate as well as Overage -After Hours rate.

  20. We need to be able to edit contact information for customers. I have tried to add phone numbers and extensions, only to have the program not take it, and I had to reach out to a tech to see why. They explained that we aren't able to add anything but numbers when editing the phone number portion, but even if I add an extension number after the main part of a phone number, it won't "take". Why can't there be a field added for phone extension? Also, just trying to edit any field in general is hard to do because…
