Better API Lookups

Ability to use the API to look up customers by Phone Number instead of selecting a page and then locating the customer. Also ability to create customer with just a phone number and not an email if one is not available.

    Atera has a contact search on telephone number - but not on the customer.
    Come on Atera - this could be such an easy fix for the API
    We would like to page pop when a customer calls in, rather than just a contact, most businesses will ring from the central number rather than a Direct Dial - so a contact search is useless

    This is HUGE as we want to be able to integrate our phones with your system. If we could do an API search on a customer phone number then we could open that customer page when the phone rings.
