Advanced Filtering
Currently there is no way to filter off of information like Domain. Not a huge issue, but would be useful to have access to that for the purpose of monitoring domain membership through Atera.

Display key OID values on either the dashboard or device list
It would be nice to have a dashboard pane that can be configured to display a grid of key OID values.
example:
Device Disk space CPU % Temperature
Server 1 30000 10% 22CI think the SNMP template would need a "display on dashboard" flag for the OIDs as well as the display would need to group by SNMP template so all similar devices are together.
The same is true for the Devices list - it would be nice to have the option to display key OIDs on the line with the device, i.e. flag "temperature" as a key OID…

Display agent ID on device page.
It would be nice to have the agent ID of computers displayed on the device page. We use the API a lot at our office and having this number easily accessible would make running PowerShell scripts on certain machines easier.

snmp combined monitoring
It would be nice to combine multiple OIDs into 1 monitor line so a single alert can be used for multiple OIDs.
Example:
7 OIDs monitor temperature with an "OK" status when things are fine
1 Monitor would reference all 7 OIDs and if one or more of them change status the monitor would send a single "temperature" issue alert rather than up to 7 individuals.2 votes -
Add "information" option on Monitored OIDs
It would be nice to also have an "Information" option for monitored OIDs.
Example:
Device has serial number and software version information available via OIDs
Desire is to get an alert when the software version changes or device is replaced with a new serial number.
This alert does not need to be a warning or critical as it is just housekeeping information. A further idea here is to have the option to aggregate "information" alerts to a single email rather than individual (i.e. an entire building of 10 devices all get software upgrades, be nice to have a single alert…2 votes -

API: Connect Contact to Asset
When we look at the Agent via the API, it does not reference the contact at all. If there is one assigned, can we have the contactID returned in the results?

Filter devices for those that don't have a relationship with a contact
I'd like to be able to filter devices to find those that don't yet have a relationship with a user so that I can assign them.

SSF connection
SSH connection: A lot of our schools are catholic school. Devolufsion – desktop management. All of our staff have a VP connection. And that desktop manager and authenticate against the server. From the Atera platform, we cannot directly connect to our switches. It would be nice to have SSH connection. We add the switch to a pink check to the server which is a switch. SSH directly into that switch. We are find the other tool is fits us tools.

Filter devices based based on CSV
We would like to have the ability to filter devices based on a CSV file. So the system can only display devices that match device names from the CSV. This allows us to manipulate the data and then filter within Atera. From there we can do any of the following functions available in Atera {run a script, install a software package, assign to a folder etc..}. Thank you.

apply update on multiple clients
Apply on or more specific windows updates manually (not through an automization profile) on multiple clients at one (in example for the whole folder/group). The report functionality (https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005734647-Patch-Search-Deploy-Report) is not sufficient

Display updates for clients in folders
When creating folders in the devices tab, I would like to see the updates for the client PCs in this folder/group. Currently it is necessary to open every client PC of a folder manually to manage the updates

Ifdevices are stolen, I want to wipe out the data with the Atera agent or through the Atera console.

Indication of if a connection to a device is ongoing
If another tech is already connected to an agent, it would be great if it displayed who is accessing that agent in real-time

extend the no reply ping period
It would be great to be able to extend the no reply ping period. I have some devices that do a reboot every week, this reboot should take longer than the default in Atera between 2 ping checks. it suddenly generates false alarms, and it is therefore time-consuming!

Remove or allow removal of SNMP default values
Currently SNMP devices have a number of default monitors that are no9t shown on the interface.
These need to be removed, or have the option of not using them.
The ability to granularly add OIDs negates the need for them. I understand that some people may desire the defaults, so how about the option to not use them.I just went through the operation of creating MANY SNMP devices and templates, only to find that even on the devices I intentionally did NOT add monitored OIDs (Informational only) only to find that ALL of the devices need to be re-added…

Launch remote Performance Monitor for real-time evaluation of device performance
When devices throw alerts (i.e. CPU, Memory, Disk I/O, Network Utilization) have the ability to launch a remote Perfmon.exe (or equivalent) session to be able to diagnose issues with a real time view of performance metrics. This might require a custom interface to make it cross platform, but for Windows to Windows, it could be as simple as invoking perfmon.exe for the desired target device.
