Broadcast a message / also ability to scheduled a broadcast message.
If we can broadcast message to specific client, we can remind them to leave their computer on over night so scheduled update would be run. Or if there is a scam email being send to everyone in the organization, we could let them know to delete the message. As Atera agent already installed on all the machines, pushing a pop up message would help to reach many users quickly.

Use device serial number to lookup warranty end date from manufacturer.

Realtime temperature display
There is the option to get alarm notifications based on temperatures right now.
However, there is no realtime display for the temperature (like for CPU and memory usage).

SNMP: Allow the addition of SNMP Monitoring/OID's directly to a device.
Lots of systems have multiple interfaces for monitoring, particularly enterprise hardware. As one example, we have the Agent installed on a HP server. The HP server also has an iLO interface, we would like to add OID's to monitor the array, disk smart status, temps etc.
Currently we have to duplicate servers, once with Agent install and again as a SNMP device to monitor hardware. This is not ideal as the device list gets messy.
In Zabbix you can add multiple monitoring methods to a single device (eg; Agent, SNMP, IPMI, etc etc).

Display if a machine is at the office or remote
Within Atera it asks that we define the business Public IP. What would be nice is to view if a user is working at the office or remotely when looking at devices under the customer name.
One could have a simple reference point to the Public IP that is defined and display a "true statement" if the user is at the office or remotely.24 votesNice! Force status refresh
If I'm working on a remote device and have to reboot, my remote session resumes and I'm back on the desktop but Atera can't tell the computer is back online yet, so if I run a script it will time out. The admin page still shows the status as online but if I refresh the page it will finally show offline. I'd like to have a way to force a status refresh on either the client side or from the Admin side for a particular device so I can immediately know when I can run scripts without them timing out.

Assign Multiple Contacts for a single Device
Our organization has shared PCs where one device can have multiple contacts. As of right now, Atera only provides the ability to assign a single contact to a device. By allowing multiple contacts to be assigned, it can make it easier when users submit tickets to already know which device they belong to.

Device import of generic devices
Ability to bulk import generic, unmonitored devices. Example: Excel list of devices (Ipads, monitors, projectors, etc). Import the list from a default CSV file.

Set description for returned value in snmp
I would like to add an area where we can set a Display string for returned values in the SNMP monitoring. For example if a SNMP OID returns a value of 2 it would display Normal. I would like the option to customise this depending on the device we are setting up.

Alert, when there a patch larger than the amount of free space left on the device
A patch that is 15GB large, won't be installed on a server, with only 13GB of free space. And there are no alarms about it won't be installed.
So the feature request is to be able to create an alarm, when there are a patch not being installed because of lack of free space on the device.
