  2. Add Integration Monitoring of Email-Notifications from different Devices, likewise "Checkcentral" for example. We monitor Backupjob from different systems with different Software. The Software send only Mails, when the Backup-Job is definitly running OK, otherwise the Monitor shows failure.

Nice! The feature you requested is being reviewed by our product team. We’ll keep an eye on the number of votes, and let you know if a decision is reached to implement. Thank you for being a partner in our process!

  3. Since moving to 100th percent for disk threshold checks, we now get a great many more alerts/resolves as storage bumps against the threshold. Was never so frequent when checks were whole percent.

Can we either go back to whole percent, which was perfectly adequate or revise the threshold checks so it doesn't generate so many alerts. Option 1 is simpler but if there's a valid reason for measuring disk usage at 100th of a percent then it needs a "resolution" threshold as well.

That is, above 90% warning alert but needs to drop below say 85% before the alert is…

  4. Lot of Serveurs are monitored for inactivity but also are managed to applied some update with reboot or managed to auto reboot automaticly on an agenda...

A fonction to schedule some range time to suspend the monitoring of a computer form a time to another time and permit to avoid lot fake alert can be a really good think..

In all monitoring solution the worsted problem is the fake alerts... Avoiding fake alert with a planning of monitoring is really imporant for all MSP.

  5. When you write an internal note in a ticket, you can notify other technicians in the right field.
But, when someone places me on "Notify", it would be more effective to get a more obvious notification - A sound, pop-up box on the screen. Instead of having to look up to the right corner, which is very easy to not see and forget.

This way, it would be easier to be updated on current tickets, that can need other technician's help/advice.

  6. It would be nice if you could automatically generate alerts/tickets based on Assets with an expiration date approaching.

For example, if I create an asset for a Software or Hardware Maintenance/Support agreement. Atera should able to send an alert or create a ticket for that asset based on the defined expiration date. You could allow the customer to define the threshold for how far in advance to send the alert.

  9. We have been seeing some computers recently hit 100% disk activity and stay that way for several minutes. Occasional spikes may not be a problem, but when a computer hits 100% disk activity and stay that way for a while, we want to be alerted.

The current settings do have the percentage, but having a time frame like the other alerts would make this trigger actually usable. As it is, we had to turn it off because too many little spikes were triggering alerts that we have to manually remove. Being able to set the threshold to something like disk…

  10. Unify enhances SaaS Alerts’ event data with device data from supported RMM platforms.

After mapping devices to their respective accounts, Unify can prove that users know their password, have the MFA token, and that they are accessing the SaaS application from a known device.

  11. Can you please add the ability to suppress/alerts for devices indefinitely? At the moment the longest I can set it is 5 hours which is annoying for devices that I need to have alerts stop for.

  12. It would be helpful to be able to trigger an alert if a device hasn't checked in for a period of time.

E.g., if a laptop has been offline form more that 10 days it may be worth triggering and alert to make sure the agent is installed and functioning correctly. Currently this requires a manual check.

  13. Hello,

Currently there are operating systems that are out of support (for example Windows 7), but many customers still keep this OS and when new devices are added we often don't see that they have these old OS.

It would be nice to have an alert which warns that they have this old OS.

    Thank you!

  15. Now you can only choose if you want sound alerts on/off for both warnings and critical alerts. I would like to see this option to be individual so you can turn off warnings but turn on critical alerts sound warning.

Or add custom sounds so you can set up a silent sound for a warning.

  16. If an automation calls for a scheduled reboot, the alert system should not alert "machine status unknown" right away. In these instances, it should wait some time (like 20-30 minutes) before alerting. 99% of the time, no alert should occur. If updates fail or a server doesn't come back up after a reboot, an alert should occur since the 20-30 minutes have elapsed.

  20. The default macOS threshold profile does not consider that Mac Fans will stop periodically and send erroneous fan errors all of the time. Unless we set the profile not to check. This was the same issue for the past 5 years.
