  1. Display the Disk Active Time as a Percentage under the Metrics panel for Agents. This will help us evaluate if the users are experiencing lag time due to system limitations or stuck processes.

  2. When generating a new agent installer, after selecting the OS and assigning the new agent to a customer, the third step is to download it. Clicking the "Download" button works fine if we want to download the agent installer to the local computer and put it on a flash drive or something. Only problem with that is that there have been many occassions when I need to send the installer via e-mail, and most e-mail services block this file for security purposes, as it is an .exe file.   5. It will be a good thing to know which contact is attached to an agent, by using API.
    Actually, we could only know, for an agent, wich customer.
    Some things like that aren't exist on API.

  6. Need Accesst to Registry Current User. Can you enable this in a future release. Currently that Tree and subtree is not available in your agent. Every other key is. Very surpised that it is not available as every other RMM I have used we can get to it.

With Security ever growing and having some new clients that have had old IT staff "monitoring" other users' PCs including management - we have been asked if we can show the clients' end user when we are online. Splashtop shows it briefly, but we would like the ability to be able to permanently show the end user when we are online - so a banner in the bottom corner stating who is accessing the PC when they are connected - I feel this should be able to be switched on or off in case there are policy or issues where…

  8. Kaseya has this feature that allows an admin to view the user's screen without actually remote controlling in. This allows an admin to check if the user is actively working.

  9. Allow for remote deployment of agent from network discovery via a non domain controller server or PC. Currently the agent can only be deployed remotely from a site scanned from a scanning agent that is a DC. This would be useful in cases where sites connect back across a VPN with no DC on site or are connected to a cloud service for Active Directory.

  13. We have recently being having issues where when servers reboot for Windows updates the Atera service doe snot start up in a timely manner, this results in constant alerts for the servers and unable to access them to resolve this issue.

    We set the startup type of the agent to "Automatic (Delayed Start)" however when the service is started again it appears to overwrite this setting and reverts to simply "Automatic" which means we are back to square one.

    I appreciate that other Atera users prefer the Automatic startup type for speed however for us it is simply not reliable…

  14. Currently the Atera agent on Windows is configured as a service that has a startup type of "Automatic (Delayed Start)". This means that after a reboot, it can take the agent more than 5min to show up as online in the console.

    I don't know about everyone else, but I like to work quickly and this is a real holdup. There are times that I'll be connected via Splashtop and it will quickly reconnect upon reboot. However, other times Windows may have pending updates to install, in which case Splashtop will disconnect because it times out waiting for the agent…

  18. In my environment (and others too for licensing, security, and auditing purposes) being able to see the usernames of a users cached windows credentials would be very helpful.

    It if could be visible from a devices 'overview' screen that would be ideal, but even via a script/report would work.

  19. I would like to be able to ensure that the Atera Agent has all the access that it requires to aspects of the macOS via an MDM but this needs a bundle ID which requires the agent to be signed.

    I'm quite surprised that the agent isn't already signed to be honest.

  20. It would be nice to enable feedback on the remote computers from an icon in the taskbar. For example, if it is "Patch Friday", I would like to be able to notify my customer that at 5pm, on Friday, the computer is installing updates. The end user should be able to see the announcement of the agent and also be able to open it at any moment and confirm what actions are being performed on his/her device. Kind of real-time feedback for the end user or server administrator.
