   same here...

   Allow Block Hours contracts to configure which ticket statuses deduct hours from the contract, instead of limiting this to Closed/Resolved only. Being able to select additional statuses (e.g. In Progress, Waiting for Customer, Open, etc.) would ensure the contract hour balance reflects actual time consumption, especially in environments where tickets remain open for internal processes but already include billable work.
