show cellphone number on contact card in desktop/browser
Please show both the landline and mobile number on contact cards. What is really an issue is sometimes we only have a mobile listed, and not a landline. The contact card at a glance is misleading, since it shows NA next to the landline. At the least, if only one number is present, that should be the one shown in the contact card. Again, probably easier and better to show both

Dynamic Dropdown
Have the Ability to have a Dropdown that is Dynamic for example if I wanted to add a custom dropdown on a user where I can set their manager I can create a custom dropdown where it lists all the users in my account for me to select. This can even be extend to Dropdown with dependences where I can limit/group the users by site.

Dutch translation
I would really like the option to have Atera's interface available in Dutch, so I can present the service portal to the employees of my company. Not all of them read or understand English.

Cancel in progress scripts
Add an option to cancel scheduled or in process scripts which have yet to run due to offline devices or timing. Not sure where this would be added but the "Recent Processes" page seems like a good location. However, this may not be possible since it is technically a report page.

Related Agent
Show all Related Agents for a user.

Highlight hovered row in Devices tab for client, similar to the Customers page.
When going to the far right end of the row to Connect or Manage dropdowns, it is a little annoying not being sure I am on the right row sometimes (ultrawide screen, higher res)

hide things not in my subscription
I have no desire to look at all the hot pink 'upgrade' buttons. Especially since several people can then click the button and change the current subscription

refresh
The old system had a go button that would only refresh the contents in the page and not the entire page. The new system does not auto-refresh for minutes after something has changed. Used to I could just hit the go button on my filters and boom instant refresh of data only and not the whole page. This new system forces me to manually refresh the entire page wasting time and bandwidth.

UI Scaling, Fonts
The ability to adjust UI scaling or set a much more compact view (for the browser experience) is needed. Large fonts and plenty of whitespace may look neat and clear at first, but they don't often translate to speed and efficiency for work. Having to continuously scroll around to see more than 10 items or read subsequent comments in a relatively short conversation is not optimal. I would gladly exchange all the margins and padding for relevant information that keeps me productive.

To the right of Metics it would be nice to have a dropdown that let you pick between different metrics that we could see.
The default being the Mem & CPU that's currently shown.
In the drop down you would have Temperature, which might shows the line graph for CPU temperature, HD Temperature. Another option in the dropdown would would graph maybe disk usage or something.3 votes -
Allow agent<>user machine relationship to be updated via API
The API is a great way to update many items quickly.
To be able to update the agent's relationship with a user via code would be a real bonus.
Currently facing the prospect of updating this manually fills me with dread.

Add subscription renewal date to subscription page
It would be helpful to know when our next subscription billing date is on the subscription page itself. Right now it just shows Monthly and Yearly fee along with payment info. I had to contact support to see when my next billing date would be.
