  1. After installing Webroot on a customer's PC, I uninstalled her old AV. This caused her PC to reboot in the middle of business meeting she was having. There needs to be a way to schedule the installation of of software to only occur during specific hours

  2. Ability to auto close a ticket after a 24-hour period of time from when it was set to the resolved ticket status. This gives us a way to auto send surveys after allowing the customer a day to confirm their issues are resolved before closing a ticket out for billing.

  3. Patch Management: Add a delay box. Easier to add a delay (some for maintenance and then delay the patches for reboot) instead of creating different profiles

  4. When patches are applied via Atera, they do not show up on the server itself.

    It would be great to see them there as well and sometimes it irritates some customer

  5. Die Ausführung von Scripten sollte nicht nur als Systembenutzer bzw. als angemeldeter Benutzer erfolgen können... Es wäre praktisch das man hier den Benutzer angeben kann in dessen Namen das Script ausgeführt werden kann. ( Z.B. Domänenadmin ) oder Installations-admin

  6. Patching is so important now that to have patches fail to install because the user is not signed in poses a risk that patches can be missed within the critical window. If patches could be installed with credential exchange this would resolve the problem 9 times out of 10.

  7. Removing old restore points (or the ability to control that by resizing the space used for restore points) would be a nice feature, expecially for clients with relatively small drives.

  8. Hi

    I want to update the PCs at night. But when they are off, its not possible.

    I can send manual the wakeOnLan command ... would be great if I`m able to use for this also a scheduler .. so I send on 21:45 a wakeOnLan and on 22:00 that the PCs should install all upates and shutdown when finished.

  13. I have noticed other RMM's have features where say you can monitor things like print spooler and then set a automation on this, if it stops then auto restart the spooler and if it continues to cause issues then perhaps empty the print queue, restart again and if it doesn't work properly then alert you to a problem. Prior to this it just needs to be a notification that has been resolved so you can report to this the customer.
