  1. "Run the profile on newly installed agents" need a automation profile for the customer and it would affect all new agents. Why not "Run the profile on new assigned agents" when the agent will get the profile assigned manually, by folder or by customer. So we have a much better flexibility.

  2. Id like to be able to install software on the Microsoft Store. Specifically, I need HEIF Image Extensions to be able to push to all users. But Being able to include anything from the MS store would be amazing.

While it is great we can select specific patch management automation profiles from Customer > Folders > Action > IT Automation Profile, it would be great to select the folder at time of creating the patch management profile, click Apply To, click on Folders tab then select Customer, then click on the Customer's respective checkbox of folders available to apply it to.

  6. Currently you only offer 17 third party apps for patching. Competitors have many more and without the need for the software to be installed via Chocolaty. Please consider increasing this library.

  8. I need to rotate the patching so not all devices are updated at the same time within on organisation. I wish to spread this out over the course of a month. I need the ability to see which devices are on which patching schedule? Can you help?

  9. We have a custom restart script for our users that will remind them to restart the PC after a patch + software update automation profile has been run.

    The problem at the moment is that the script will be ran basically in the beginning or in the middle of the automation profile run cycle which is confusing for the users and some may restart the PC right in the middle of the run.

    We would like to see a script prioritization feature where the admin can decide when to run the script on a client machine within the automation profile.

  12. IT Automation Profile: Apply it to and create a scope where you can click all of these customers where OS = 2012. And then it will apply the changes to any that have that. Criteria. Any servers that will be added in it will automatically go on it. It will automate the automation.

  13. Some of our scripts need to be run as the user. Support have told me that all scripts run from automation profiles are run as 'system', even if the script is created to be run as the user.

    Please can the option be given within thresholds to run the auto-healing scripts as either system or user, so that we can roll out further automation.

  15. I would love to see more options to optimize the system somewhat like Webroot includes in it's AV. They have a nice little setup for that. That would be sweet! We all don't use Webroot but since it's integrated you may not consider. Please. Thanks!

  16. Be able to create an email template which then could be assigned to an Automation profile so it could be sent out to the specific company/department notifying about their patching/maintenance downtime and also possibly be able to send once patching and maintenance is complete.

  17. Once an IT and patch automation profile has been associated with a devices (whether it be in a folder or not), there is no function to be able to delete the associated profile massively, other than to delete the profile and then recreate a new one.
    A function that allows you to choose the profile to be disassociated and disassociated from the selected devices would be useful.

  19. I would like to see the option to "Create a Ticket" or have it auto create from the screen where I view the Manage Available Patches for a device. Currently there are options for GoTo Agent and Install, but I think it would be helpful to be able to have the system auto create a ticket about the patches being installed.

    This would be handy for billing purposes and just overall tracking of device updates. In a perfect world if you clicked "Install" the system would auto create and auto Complete the ticket when the patch/update was applied. OR if…
