  1. Would be great if we could alert a tech if a ticket they are assigned to has not been updated in a set period. This may also work to send a reminder email to a customer if they have not responded to a request within a set period.

    Would prevent the tech from having to chase manually and remind them to keep tickets up to date.

  2. e.g. a device has an additional service I want to monitor and to not create a new threshold profile, it would be easier and faster to override the current threshold profile with an additional service.
    In our environment there are lots of different servers with different services to monitor and it takes a very long time to set up all threshold profiles for all different kinds of servers.

  3. Patching: Would be nice to have a clearer message for when the device is off. When the device is off, they have an error message but it is not very clear, it doesn’t tell us that’s its because its offline. Would be nice to have a better error. Would be nice to then tell the enduser that this is why it didn't work and gives him two solutions: if its offline, then give him the possibility of turning on the computer via wake on lan.

  6. Add Description field that also displays on Patch Management and IT Automation list page, and the ability to Search on that description. At present we have to give our Automation Profiles very long names to help us determine what the job is for.

  7. we all now about what atera can do , nut the first thing i noticed or i can say i want it if its possible , imagine if all feature of atera was in a software to be installed , and run like jarvis - from iron man - or even like siri
    imagine if you just say hi atera whats my network condition , or what is my devices condition , it will replay in voice and saying this is your devices status ,...etc
    imagine if it tells you the alarms not just showing them as a notification .…

  8. Please add new actions to the Ticket Automations - there are basically only options for sending emails, which won't help me. Please add the ability to trigger a script and the ability to trigger a webhook.

  10. The schedule to run automation needs to be decoupled from the automation profile. Instead, the schedule should be assigned to the device running the automation.

    Make it so that if a device was offline at the scheduled time, there be an option to run the automation immediately on startup or after a specified delay.

  13. There seems to be a issue with MS Store downloading and installing updates automatically. I have to remote access each users machine, open the Store, select Library, then Get Updates for the majority of the apps on the machine to receive their updates. I have followed all of Microsoft's how-to-guides on how to resolve this issue, but it still persists.

    I would like to see something in IT Automation or Agent function that includes scans for, validates, downloads, installs, and verifies installation for MS Store updates. It would be excellent if it could reference current CVEs during it's scan to…

  15. Automation uses the devices source for the windows updates. Thus the agent will not install any windows update if the there is a WSUS configured but not reachable or out of service. It would be good to override this an download the updates online just as a user would optionally be able to.

  19. add a field on script (and script library) where instructions and other notes could be added. this would be good to have as employees leave or new ones are brought on and they need to know why that script exists.
