Run Automation Profiles on-demand on specific agents (like scripts)
It would be great to have the option to run an automation profile on a specific agent computer on demand, the way we can scripts. I know we can setup automation profiles, assign customers or agents, then run them on everything they are assigned to. That works fine most of the time. Having the option to not just run scripts on demand for specific agents, but also automation profiles the same way would save us a lot of support time. Possibly even running an automation profile on an alert, the way we can assign scripts now.

Windows Microsoft Store Updates
There seems to be a issue with MS Store downloading and installing updates automatically. I have to remote access each users machine, open the Store, select Library, then Get Updates for the majority of the apps on the machine to receive their updates. I have followed all of Microsoft's how-to-guides on how to resolve this issue, but it still persists.
I would like to see something in IT Automation or Agent function that includes scans for, validates, downloads, installs, and verifies installation for MS Store updates. It would be excellent if it could reference current CVEs during it's scan to…

Windows Update online instead of WSUS
Automation uses the devices source for the windows updates. Thus the agent will not install any windows update if the there is a WSUS configured but not reachable or out of service. It would be good to override this an download the updates online just as a user would optionally be able to.

Assign threshold to multiple CUSTOMERS at once
I can assign a threshold to all devices at once which is ok and all, but I would like to set a threshold profile to all customer profiles at once so that if a new PC is added to any client I don't have to push the application of the profile to devices to all again.
My use case is that I am currently setting up new thresholds as if I were new to Atera to better match what we are currently doing. Then I will setup profiles for certain servers and such and apply them manually. Well I'd like…

The ability to mark Patches and updates as suspected bad.
The ability to mark a Patch or Update as suspected bad. If so many Atera users mark one as suspected bad then Atera automatically suspends the install for all other Atera users and when a patch or update is corrected, the suspension is lifted and automatically installed. The idea behind this is to slow down the spread of updates that cause system and application crashes.

IT Automation profile inheritance
set up waterfall inheritance model for IT Automation profile:
Customer -> Folders -> Agents
so the deepest can override settings of the above.Example:
Profile 1 with OS updates applied to customer "A" has "deny manual updates" Profile 2 with OS updates applied to folders "Servers" of Customer "A" has "enable manual updates"this feature should allow profile 2 to overrule Profile 1 (at the moment they conflict) and there is no way to exclude folders from the policy

Patch management filter profile by device type
It would be really important to be able to filter devices by device type (eg. Servers, Workstations) when applying a Patch management profile. Now it simply impossible to create a profile that automatically(!) applies to different device types.
Discussion on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/atera/comments/tz4cih/it_automation_by_device_type/
"IT automation by device typeWhen applying automation profiles, there seems to be 3 selection options: Companies, individual agents, and folders.
The problem with adding a company is that it will apply the same profile to PCs and servers.
The problem with individual agents is that it is cumbersome and error prone when adding multiple agents.
The problem…

Sometimes we do not wish to push out Office updates at the same time as Windows updates. It would handy to have a checkbox that allows you to either enable or disable ALL Office updates from an automation policy.

It would be nice for the automation profile to have the possibility to run it hourly ( or at custom intervals ( in min o r hours) ).

Patch Management & Customer Folder Applied To
While it is great we can select specific patch management automation profiles from Customer > Folders > Action > IT Automation Profile, it would be great to select the folder at time of creating the patch management profile, click Apply To, click on Folders tab then select Customer, then click on the Customer's respective checkbox of folders available to apply it to.
