Optional Install Update Now or Delay prompt for Windows/Mac Patching.
End users should be allowed to delay there patches up to X amount of times before they are forced to reboot and install them.
This should run off the agent and be configurable from the Admin Portal with messaging customizable.

We would like to receive notifications about server and system down through phone or SMS. Email notifications can be blocked by a spam filter or easily overlooked.

Monthly Patchmanagement Report
Hi, it would be very useful if we could define in the patch summary report the number of missing patches when a client is Up to date or not.

Ability to Do software Patching for large number of Devices
To be able to Patch A large number of customer devices and not just the 20 limit, Currently you need to split for example 300 devices out into groups of 20. If this is a limitation it would be good that the automation does this for you when setting up the profile just for the match automation

Pause alerts during patching window (set devices into maintenance mode)
During patching set devices into maintenance mode or similar in order that not all alerts are showing up all the time and filling up the ticket system

Defer Windows updates
We find that windows updates rolls out certain updates too fast which can cause severe downtime for customers when Microsoft pushes out a faulty update.
For that reason, we prefer to defer updates for 14 days.
Using group policy, you can set this up or use registry as follows:

Optimized Automation and Patch
Need to find a better solution for patch and automation.
The fact that you can't run Updates, System Restore Point, and a Restart all on one profile without it running into conflicts makes little sense to me.I have now made 9 total profiles (3 sets of 3 [we have 3 different types of patch profiles running at different intervals]) to fix this. For each type we have to run System restore point, then 1 hour later a separate schedule for patches, then 2 hours after that a different, separate profile for restart. Hopefully it works.

Private Scripts
We would like to see a option to have scripts assigned to certain technicians so not everyone can see all cloned scripts. We are looking to add customer technicians which allows them only to access tickets/devices for that customer with will work ok, but there is no option for segmentation of scripts. This technicians would be able to see all clones used for other customers. Same goes for Thresholds/IT Automation.

Find site or agents without an Automation Profile
A way to find agents that do not have an Automation profile assigned. I missed assigning a automation profile to a site during a setup. I found out a month later when these machines did not restart at the expect maintenance window. I am now wondering if there are others I have missed. I don't fancy checking every single site or agent!

Reboot after patch install
Similar to other reboot requests, I would like to reboot at a given time only after a patch install. For instance, a workstation would reboot at 3:00 am only after a patch requiring a reboot was installed. Kaseya has this feature and it’s something really miss.

Scheduling and better management of the software "uninstall" feature
The current "uninstall" function in Atera is extremely basic. There is no way to see the status, no way to schedule it, and it times out at seemingly random intervals, meaning software gets uninstalled from some machines but not others.
If there was a more advanced way to manage this, including persistence/retrying until the software has confirmed uninstalled from a client/agent, that would be really helpful.

Select All Button on Excluded Patches Management
Have a select all button in patch management. I would like to exclude all hardware driver updates.

Select multiple devices from the Client->Devices->Folders
Currently, when in the Client->Device->Folders the filtered view doesn't show the checkboxes to select specific device, or all of them to run automation, scripts etc... We should basically see the same view as in the main Devices when filtered.
I know we can create specific views by customer and filter by folders but I think we should be able to select the devices in the Customer Folders as well14 votesCongratulations on helping shape Atera! A report that shows all of my devices which don't have a patch management profile applied
I have many devices in my account, but I'd like to make sure they're all getting patched. I would like to be able to run a report which shows me if I have any devices that don't have a patch management profile assigned to them. Thanks.

place file on client device from secure atera environment.
i would like to store customer specific files in atera and push them automatically to a specific location on the client. (for example: every new laptop should have an RDP file on the desktop containing the specific customer information about the RDP server.)
I would like to able to automatically copy the files from the secure atera environment to a folder. (place this file on %userprofile%\desktop / c:\users\public\desktop etc. etc.)
