PandaDoc
PandaDoc is an amazing platform for document creation, e-sign, quote builder, has tons of community-made templates, and lots of other features. Since I only see 1 option for document creation and e-sign in the application store, this would be a welcome addition. Being able to pull in contract rates to a pandadoc quote builder document, MSA, SLA, SOW, etc would be an awesome feature!

ESET for Canada
We have been using ESET for years and we would like to have it integrated with Atera. I understand ESET is now available in the US. It would be very helpful if it could be expanded to Canada as well.

Beyond Identity
Why can we not just upload and set installs for any app (exe or msi) in our portal. Having to set up a private repo seems crazy (and I cannot seem to find anywhere in the portal where I can actually do this). Atera is the only RMM platform I've ever used where you cannot upload/store software setup files manually and it's extremely frustrating.

Licences renewal management for 3rd party softwares
The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

Guardz Add-on
Guardz is an Israeli-based company and can go a long way toward being a turn-key solution for security compliance. It provides fantastic data for Annual Security Risk Assessments and Compliance standards. Would be great if we were able to leverage this through Atera as part of your offering!
