splashtop printer
Make the Splashtop printer installation optional. The Splashtop printer confuses some of my clients and it is not needed on those PCs anyway. Splashtop is a little more reliable to me than AnyDesk but I need to lose those printers.

axcient x360Cloud integration for M365
Since Atera has partnered with Axcient for the computer backups with X360Recover, also adding their X360Cloud backup for M365 data would be very helpful. Is this something considered?

AnyDesk - Paste Clipboard as Keystrokes
AnyDesk is a really good tool, but for us it's let down by one thing, missing a button to paste your clipboard as keystrokes.
Splashtop has this feature and it's invaluable for us, as we use it to paste complex passwords into server logon screens. Unfortunately CRTL C and CTRL V doesn't work on these password boxes.
So when logging in to a server using AnyDesk, we have to type out really complex passwords which can take some time as they are all different.
A 'Paste Clipboard as Keystrokes' button will go amazingly with the newly implemented CTRL ALT DEL…

Native backup using Wasabi as backend for storage
I am using some backup products like Veeam and Microsoft Data Protection Manager by using Wasabi as backend storage. Wasabi is insanely cheap, with prices of 6 USD per 1 TB of data.
It would be very nice to have some sort of backups capabilities using the Atera agent or other integrations, and use Wasabi for its price as backend. Nowadays a good backup which is encrypted and protected is the ONLY real solution against ransomware.
Wasabi seems to have good APIs as they integrate easily with most of the backup solutions I use. Being a cheap way to backup,…

Zapier Integration
Integration with Zapier would open an entirely new realm of automation with other applications. It would allow people to be a lot more efficient, such as automating a new ticket when a certain category of deal is won in Pipedrive, and more.

website support floating contact widget
I would like to see a WordPress widget of a floating button for logging support requests in the helpdesk for clients that do not have the support agent. I used to have this when I used the Freshdesk free helpdesk.
Clients could give a description, see the ticket incident fields, attach files and make live screen grabs. All this was direct from the internet browser on our website.4 votes -

Atera should update software on Chocolatey public repo
Given that Atera pushes for the use of chocolatey, they should take the time to update common software packages on the public repo that they use. things like VLC are wildly out of date, and Atera is failing to update these programs despite promising to update them.

Import the physical address from quickbooks not the billing address.
Import the physical address from quickbooks not the billing address. It is pretty hard to map a PO Box, or go to the headquarters office instead of the remote office.

Add-ons are pricy
Add-ons are pricey: Anything extra is $$ = Webroot. We buy it at a dollar at Webroot so we don't get it through it. It is not worth moving 600 licenses in Webroot. It would be much easier to control through you guys.

SMS Portal
It would be very useful if we can use SMS providers such as twilio and others to integrate to your RMM and have a portal where we can perform tasks like sending notifications to clients, or receiving MFA messages etc.
