  2. Would be nice to have a report that list installed version of a 3rd party software and compare it to choco database to let us know with is outdated. Defender for endpoint is doing this and it is very useful .

  3. Use case for us is we have a license purchased for a monitor in the office to view tickets.
    Sometimes after the session timeout, the person with the MFA is not in the office and it is inconvenient to start a new session.

  4. For remote connection, we like ScreenConnect: we like the option to log on the computer, nice chat system, was not as friendly or easy to use when you are trying to talk to the client.

  7. Currently, its possible to check the online status of Agents, TCP Devices, SNMP Devices, and HTTP Devices via an API Call, but for some reason Generic Devices do not have any indication of their online status.

    We just need an "Online" property on generic devices like all the other devices.

  8. Quickbooks Time integration within Atera web/mobile platform.

    Quickbooks Time is already a well established time tracking software that directly inputs time into Quickbooks (Online and Desktop), and accounts for other legal time tracking requirements such as state overtime laws, auditing of time editing/entry, location tracking, ect.

    They have an API to allow for integration into other platforms like Atera. Being able to do a start/stop timer with Quickbooks Time and that time being already tied to Quickbooks Payroll, will ensure that employees accurately track their time on tickets.   11. It is essential that the integration with quickbooks brings across the email contact details for a client as this is where an invoice will be sent via quickbooks. It should also mean that it is easier to then view the main email contact details of the customer on the Atera platform
