Webhooks Integration
Please create some webhooks that can get triggered when an threshold is tripped or when a ticket is created, etc... (think about sending alerts to Teams Channels, or Slack Channels depending on client etc). This is a huge issue for us, keeping up on the tickets coming in as the interface to manage is kind of clunky, and the overall web notifications of tickets its insufficient. Email templates are limited for customization and mobile app rarely functions.

Anydesk universal download
It would be nice to have a general AnyDesk download link to share on our website or with customers not having their device in Atera. something like sos.splashtop.com but for AnySesk.

Acronis integration can’t unlink. That is a a GDPR violation.

MSP360 backup
Integration with MSP360 backup. We use is all the time and is very flexible for storage. It's not a big deal, but would be convenient to view on a single pane of glass.

Use QuickBooks for Service Definitions
I have all of my services configured in QuickBooks Online. When I setup a new contract I select one of the services that exist in QuickBooks. On the QuickBooks Online side of things, I have specified service descriptions that match what is listed on my client contract (the one the client signs, not Atera's concept of a contract). The problem is that when I generate an invoice from Atera and export that to QBO, the service description is overwritten and lists only the service name. Since Atera has partnered with Axcient for the computer backups with X360Recover, also adding their X360Cloud backup for M365 data would be very helpful. Is this something considered?
