Exported PDF's need a legend that tells what the lines represent.
When a report is run the bar graph lines says issue / resolved, but when the report is exported this information is not there for a Customer to see.
They don't know why there are 2+ lines.
This caused confusion and aggravation to the Customer and looks bad on us.1 vote -
Individual Ticket Report - For Label Printer
It would be nice if we had the ability to generate a label report from a ticket. This would be useful to label customer items that have been returned to the workshop for repair so we don't loose track of who owns each item.
Ideally the report would list the customer contact information, ticket description and have a QR code that takes you directly to the ticket when scanned.

More granularity on the reports.
More granularity on the reports. Some techs need access to Software Inventory reports for example, but not the Technician comparison reports. Need to be able to decide on that

List all customers and their total devices on one report
Currently we can go to REPORTS, AUDITOR and use the drop down list for each customer to see their total devices. A report that displays all the customers and their corresponding device totals is needed to provide to accounting to verify we are billing them properly. Thank you!

Hardware Inventory available regardless subscription tier
Include the Hardware Inventory in the Classic Reports. This feature would be a great asset for all Atera Customers, including lower subscriptions than the current mentioned. This report is a basic requirement for customers to identify the hardware lifecycle.

Executive customer report. Intended to be sent to the customer once a month.
This report should include the following;How many tickets were opened, closed,
How many alerts were opened and closed,
How many updates/patches were installed
Status of AV,
Status of backup,
How much time technicians were in remote session
overall health of their systems.This would give us a leading approach and make it easier for us to quantify costs if they are seeing how much work is being done in the background.

bit locker
Include bitlocker status and possibly the encryption key in either the autditor report or disk information report. This is an important bit of information that needs to be monitored and despite the fact that Atera monitors it, that information is not provided in any of the pre-canned reports. Including this information would provide important security information for administrators.

ticket reporting
If it were possible to pull ticket reporting, including custom fields, for clients so that they can see what the main issues are that are being raised by the users who are logging tickets, it would be highly beneficial.

Remote Connection Report
Provide a Remote Connection report to show dates, times and duration of a remote connection. This is highly valuable to demonstrate remote actions to clients and justify MSP services and value. Also to potentially include remote worker reporting for add-on billing of the service.

Change Port Availability field on the auditor reports - right now it looks as if all your major ports (21, 25, 80, etc.) are OPEN because of the green check mark, but in actuality the green check mark means that they are CLOSED. I would appreciate if the port availability section was just a little more explicit and said OPEN or CLOSED. This seems to have changed from November 2022!

Go to Device Directly by Clicking Name in Reports
Issue: Currently, when generating a report, such as a Software Inventory Report, users can see the names of devices and the versions of software they have installed. However, if they want to go to a specific device, they need to close out the report and navigate to the device manually.
Request: Add hyperlinks to the device names in reports so users can navigate directly to them.

Would like to be able to report user activity.
We have lots of remote employees and would like to know if they are exactly working. I would like to be able to report one a single user or compare the entire company.
