IT Automation Feedback - Detailed Information in the Report. We would like to see which devices (device name and customer) have successfully completed the process and which ones have not. For those with errors, it would be beneficial to know what type of error occurred.

Timesheet report is not accurate and lacking information
When we run a Timesheet report the "Technician" field isn't always accurate. It seems to be the original Tech assigned, when the ticket had been re-assigned to another tech.
The Description field will occasionally have a Date entry. What is the intent of this column?
Please add
- "Last modified" date column
- "Modified by" (Technician Name, Requestor Name, or a name that was on the CC line)

Feedback / logs
By definition, a report is a document within which there can be various objects (log entries, technical sessions, how many computers of a particular customer have been updated, etc.)

Recent Processes Report
I think it would be nice if we could get a better Report View when running scripts across an entire client. I'd like to see the results by each device without having to click into information on each one.

Auditor Report - BitLocker Field Added to XLS Export
Auditor Report currently shows BitLocker enabled in the PDF, but does not capture the status of BitLocker in the XLS export. This is important for BI reporting to aggregate data from different systems.
Please add a field in the XLS version of the Auditor Report to capture BitLocker status.

Create device folders based on reports/multiple folder assignments
I would be great to have the ability to create a folder containing all devices within a report. There are times where a folder is needed to easily run scripts, set policies, etc. It would also be beneficial to assign devices multiple folders/groups for this reason.

Software Inventory - software installation directly from report
Software inventory, It would be a great feature to mass select and install or uninstall software within the software inventory. just like we can deploy patches within patch search and deploy.

Battery Info (API and Report)
Please add the following info to the classic report and more importantly the API export functionality.
Battery ID
Battery Health
Battery Design Capacity
Battery Full Charge Capacity
Battery Cycle CountThis info is available in the agent page for specific agents but being able to export it to a CSV would allow us to know, on mass, which devices have "x" low battery health and need replacing!

All Alert Report
It would be great if we can have reports for All Alerts, regardless of customer we had. Then there are filter for most alerts, filter for criticality, filter for CPU, RAM, HDD, or all of them.

Custom Status Exit Codes for 'Recent Processes' report
Hi Team,
Was wondering if it was possible to add a feature request so we can somehow filter / display custom Exit Codes depending on script logic and filter results quickly in the 'Recent Processes ' report.
Example, exit code 100 for sucess / 200 for failure etc and then quickly filter based on this information.
This would enable us to lets say run some check for a software installed on several devices and only show devices that have it installed (exit code 100) and then take additional actions based on this info.

Avec notre précédent logiciel d'infogérance (solarwinds), nous avions la possibilité de connaître la durée de connexion de nos techniciens sur les différents matériels PC /SERVEURS.
aujourd'hui, ATERA ne le permet que si vous utilisez la rubrique "Tickets", cette dernière ne correspondant pas à nos besoins (trop compliquées pour les interventions en directes) nous ne l'utilisons pas...
Je pense qu'un rapport reprenant l'intégralité des connexions avec leurs durées ne doit pas être compliqué à mettre en œuvre.
Dans ce rapport, on souhaiterait donc pouvoir sélectionner le nom du technicien et connaître par jour, par semaine ou par mois toutes les…3 votes -
MISSING SOFTWARE
A report or a additional choice to the Software Inventory report, I love that I can see everyone with a piece of software installed, but I would love to see a report of people MISSING software. I think the software Inventory is great for this just needs to be adjusted to allow for both.
