  1. Ability to generate individual work order summary per ticket

    We would like to have a "work order" generated per ticket so that we can send it to the client along with the bill for service. currently, we have to manually type these up in a document and reference ticket#, client name, requestor name, and enter all work details (that would be populated by the time entry notes)

    Hello,

    I wanted to give you visibility into our Q3 roadmap as it relates to your feature request.


    We are planning to embed Looker by Google, the industry leading tool for report generation. With this enhancement, a new set of reports will be made available to view on our Growth and Power tiers.  Users on our Power tier will be able to create their own custom reports to display the information they need to make data-driven decisions, every time.

  4. When Scheduled Reports are send, for Patch Status Summaries, the report is always send with subject: "Your Atera 'Patch Status Summary' report is here". But, when for instance you have several packages, Basic, Intermediate and Expert, and based on this the reporting should be different, we can only see the actual setting it's send for, when opening the report. We should see the name in the email, to distinguish it easier.

  5. Hi Guys,
    There is no way active directory can generate the total number of hours a user was logged in to their laptop. At times where a user claims that he/she has worked over-time, we have no report that can be provided to see how many hours they have worked. Is there any way Atera can generate such reports?

  6. we need a way to act on reports. For example, these machines all need to update the software we filtered for: https://i.imgur.com/x7WyXn0.png - so we would need a checkbox in front and a button to apply an automation profile and a shutdown button etc. (the more actions the better).

    this may be a big project to implement, so let us at least jump to the machine with a link like this: https://i.imgur.com/7O0BhvX.png

  7. As I was attempting to add the serial numbers in for products, I was unable to use letters and it cut my off at a certain point. Some products contain serial numbers with letters and can be 15 -20 characters long.

  11. When a report is run the bar graph lines says issue / resolved, but when the report is exported this information is not there for a Customer to see.
    They don't know why there are 2+ lines.

    This caused confusion and aggravation to the Customer and looks bad on us.

  12. It would be nice if we had the ability to generate a label report from a ticket. This would be useful to label customer items that have been returned to the workshop for repair so we don't loose track of who owns each item.

    Ideally the report would list the customer contact information, ticket description and have a QR code that takes you directly to the ticket when scanned.

  13. More granularity on the reports. Some techs need access to Software Inventory reports for example, but not the Technician comparison reports. Need to be able to decide on that

  14. Patch & Automation Feedback report. The following needs to be fixed:
    - the PDF version does not display information regarding the updates that were made unless you hover over the patching task
    - The excel version of the report does not contain any information regarding the patches that were installed
    - The excel version wrongly states Windows 10 Upgrade task when the device is actually running Windows 11

  15. Currently we can go to REPORTS, AUDITOR and use the drop down list for each customer to see their total devices. A report that displays all the customers and their corresponding device totals is needed to provide to accounting to verify we are billing them properly. Thank you!

  16. Include the Hardware Inventory in the Classic Reports. This feature would be a great asset for all Atera Customers, including lower subscriptions than the current mentioned. This report is a basic requirement for customers to identify the hardware lifecycle.

  19. Include bitlocker status and possibly the encryption key in either the autditor report or disk information report. This is an important bit of information that needs to be monitored and despite the fact that Atera monitors it, that information is not provided in any of the pre-canned reports. Including this information would provide important security information for administrators.

  20. Executive customer report. Intended to be sent to the customer once a month.
    This report should include the following;

    How many tickets were opened, closed,
    How many alerts were opened and closed,
    How many updates/patches were installed
    Status of AV,
    Status of backup,
    How much time technicians were in remote session
    overall health of their systems.

    This would give us a leading approach and make it easier for us to quantify costs if they are seeing how much work is being done in the background.
