  2. Lets say, that i run a PS script on 60 devices and would like to collect the output of the script for each device. Then i navigate to Recent Processes view and under the script related process click on each device one by one to copy the output. This could be improved.

Hi Team, We are using Atera RMM tool this month for our 1500 above machine software installation and security patch updates. whenever i pushed any software i want to track how many machines installed successfully and how many machines are failed. I need a report to extract by Excel and pdf to show the management by daily basis. I have checked in Report-recent process there is no option to extract any excel or pdf format. we need a machine list automation task report with valid reason to find why those machines are not installed . As well as patch management…

  6. The auditor reports are outdated when it comes to reporting on installed builds ('service packs') of Windows 10.

    Please add functionality to specify Windows 10 builds (21H2, 2004, 1909, etc) as criteria for warnings or critical alerts.

  7. I would like the Periodic Customer Report to have more information, it is very simple.

    Information such as:
    How much time of website activity do I stay online in the month
    Successful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
    Unsuccessful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
    The days of the month that Windows backup ran smoothly
    Patches that have been updated on all computers and servers on the site.
    And community staff would add more items.

  8. Have reports that you can schedule that will then integrate with Cloud Platforms such as SharePoint and have it uploaded to a specific library

  9. Atera shows software as having been uninstalled from an offline machines in the recent process report, when in fact it has not yet been done. This is not very helpful information.

    Also can you please have it show the time it was actually executed when the machine comes back online as this is very important too.

  10. Reports that can identify and link to tickets which have surpassed various conditions: SLA, Total Open Duration, Reply Older than X Variable, so on.

  12. Actually, if there is no description in a time entry, the timesheet report will only show the time as if it was simultaneously entered at the ticket closing time.

    This issue isn't happening if a description is entered at the time entry.

    It would be good that every time entries, even without description, would be shown at the date they are entered.

  13. I'd need to extract a list of all devices added in Atera for a customer (Window, Linux, Mac, Printers, AP, etc) with their IP address and Mac address for comparison purposes.

  15. Adding CPU Benchmark value to the Auditor Report. For example values from www.cpubenchmark.net. Those values would help us to determine which PC's are reaching their end of life.

  16. It would be nice to be export the contact data (user data) alone with the agent data when running audits and reports. Example, I run an audit on agents with Acrobat Pro installed, and the detailed export includes the contact assigned to the agent. On that note, would like to see custom fields as well.

  18. In the software report, there is a link that makes a modal window appear with a list of devices with the result of the search. Mostly we uninstall apps from here, but not all apps can be removed by Atera this way and the uninstall button is disabled. If you have many devices in the list it would be good to be able to jump to each device if you linked the "device name" column to the actual device.

  19. We regularly run compliance checks on our systems to see if they are up-to-date as we don't have everyone on Patch Management. It would be nice to exclude devices that have not checked in during a certain time frame (set by user)

  20. Add a report to find machines not logged in to for > x days - useful for finding under utilised machines, or ones that may have gone missing!
