  1. It seems like such a simple thing but we need to be able to run a customer list report. We would also need to include or filter by any added custom fields to the record.

  2. Customizable rank fields would be helpful for those of us that rank our customers by a different scale. For example I offer three different contracts that associate a customer with a rank. My ranking scale is silver, gold, and platinum.

  4. I'd like to see a dedicated dashboard per client basis but also something that they could monitor themselves but with a delay that could be set by the administrator. So if it checks for internet connectivity or pings another host or measures a heartbeat then on failures goes red and notifies us first then have it show up on the customers dashboard after x minutes to allow reaction time based on the SLA we define with them. Also a way to exclude scheduled reboots would be cool and maybe just go yellow for rebooting or something.

  5. When clicking on Customer (https://app.atera.com/new/customers) you're taken to your list of Customers where you're able to 'Search customer name'( https://app.atera.com/new/customer/#####). On the screen that contains various tabs;Contacts, Contracts,Devices,etc, the line below where the name 'Devices' in bold appears it would nice to see/show; 'Online: ###' and 'Offline:###', and have the ability to click once and those selectioned deivce are shown on the page.

  6. ZIP code lookup, ask simply for ZIP and have a setting in the admin portal to default to US or whatever country you do business in. Then one could enter the ZIP code 10019 and New York, NY should auto populate in the city and state field based on that ZIP.

  7. Have a selection to not reply to certain contacts (still accept tickets, but not reply to them) - for example we have a selection of customers backups / ups etc notifications come in from non-existent email addresses, the ticket created is solely for our purpose and the senders address isn't connected to a mailbox - so it generantes a DNR email when Atera replies to the non-existing email address - just a minor annoyance :)

  9. Some users have and send support requests from multiple emails or aliases. This results in tickets not getting assigned to the correct contact. Syncro, Automate, and other PSA already have the ability to specify additional email addresses per contact.

  10. I have technicians on the field and they need to add new customers for agent deployement. A none admin should be able to add new customers.

  11. The same customer contact should be able to be assigned to several customers.
    We have contacts which need to be assigned to multiple customers. At the moment, a contact (because of the email address) can only occur with one customer.

  13. Currently, it is possible to create a new customer using the API. From here, I can even create folders under the customer. I can even assign a threshold to a folder.

    The only thing I am missing, is the ability to set Patch automation profiles to the folders.

    This means that adding a customer is still a 2 fold job. Running a script and manually adding the correct patch automation profiles.

  15. under the Customer Password that this can be reassigned to other Contact , as sometimes the passwords are Company accounts or contact leave and others take over the accounts. so not having to recreate everytime we need to reallocate that password would be nice.

  16. The ability/function to limit how many devices are allocated to each customer depending on the support package provided internally. Doing this through threshold creating would make sense from a user's perspective.

    Works great for billing so we as providers understand if someone's breached their limits.

  17. Add the ability to bulk import passwords either through the API or through a contact import using a CSV.

    Currently there's no way to take previously generated passwords and attach them to existing customers. The password manager feature is great, but without being able to bulk import existing data it becomes incredibly difficult to maintain contacts. This would also be useful if passwords expire and need to be maintained.

  19. I would like have a field in the agent windows that allows to put in a system deploy and warranty expiration date ( Age of the system). This would be a tremendous help for replacing systems in the field .
