Having the ability to hide certain customers from the desktop view to make it easier to find your current clients but still keep the hidden customers accounts.

On the contracts page can we see a product count for contracts where it contains multiple items.
From the contracts page we could do with seeing the product / item count.

Allow customers to log in and allow access to reports only, as a self-service option. To generate and schedule the reports they want and self-manage them.

Create folders to organise Compainies
It would be great to have a way to group customers into folders, say by company type i.e accountants, estate agents or even to group into letters so Acme under A, Beta Corp under B etc etc.

Pagination for customers page.
Pagination for customers, if you have more than 600 customers that page takes over 30 seconds to load, so pagination is a MUST for larger customers.

As a multilocation service desk, it would be beneficial to create an IP-based customer attribute and have devices roll under that customer by default.

G Mail CMR integration
It would be great if I could review all the interactions (emails) to and from my customers through a Gmail CRM plugin. The plug-in could BCC the communication between you and the customer to a custom email address which appends the info in the email to the appropriate client's record. It would be great if the plug-in also allowed you to select the type of correspondence you are sending such as Sales, Support, or Follow-up.

I want to be able to import my past tickets with my clients for repairshor so I only have to use one platform.
You only have a few headers for your templet to import customers. I have 4000+ clients that need years' worth of tickets and charges imported. I need to make the import into Atera so I am able to use one platform instead of using two.

Security against supply chain
Give the option to lockdown customers with passwords. Even if someone were to get in, they would have to login to gain access to clients.
Add in passwords and disable auto login for client level connection on devices. With Splashtop i know you can enable or disable auto login, but give the option overhead.
