Modify OID values
Would like to be able to perform functions on the oid values and have that display as well. For instance, some printers report toner levels as a number and to get the toner percent level you have to calculate it based on current level and max level. Would appreciate being able to do this within atera to display the actual value and the calculated value.

Allow user adjustment of the update interval for the CPU / Memory utilization graphs to give technicians a better real-time view of the system resources.

SNMP Context Names
Some consumer devices support SNMPv3, but dont allow users the ability to change or blank the "Context Name" option.
Since there is no option to define a Context Name in Atera, its impossible to use SNMPv3 with these devices. Please add the option to define a context name so the latest security standards can be used.1 vote -

Wake-on-LAN support across VLAN's
Since your agent will likely be on every workstation more functionality or options for WOL would be great. Often servers sit on a different VLAN/Network subnet than workstations. Regardless of that Atera only provides the option of a server to send the WOL packet. As we know WOL is an L2 protocol and will not cross network subnets/VLAN's inherently. If Atera could make the agents network subnet aware that would help a lot. Then when trying to wake up a workstation only options on the same network would be able to come up.

Advanced Filters for devices - Allow more granular version numbers
When creating an Advanced Filter for a device view, selecting the Installed Software filter, the Software Version field only allows for major.minor versions. This should be expanded to support longer version numbers such as x.x.x.x

Disk capacity refresh
Add a refresh button to the disks area in Atera. When cleaning up a computer with a full hard drive using scripts, it would be nice to be able to see the new free space when requested. A little refresh button to request updated Disk information would be fantastic!

Increase the frequency that user logins are updated, 1 hour is too long when people machine share, this needs to be updated at user login please.

We can setup alerts for sensor data (temp) but we cant monitor manually. Please add this to the UI :)

Filter devices based based on CSV
We would like to have the ability to filter devices based on a CSV file. So the system can only display devices that match device names from the CSV. This allows us to manipulate the data and then filter within Atera. From there we can do any of the following functions available in Atera {run a script, install a software package, assign to a folder etc..}. Thank you.

manually update device information
Currently it takes hours for software information to update automatically.

Implement a SSH webshell for accessing devices on networks.
It would be awesome if we could get a SSH webshell to access devices such as Cisco networking equipment from SNMP or just by specifying DNS/IP info. It could use a specified agent to execute the function.

Mass add devices from a spreadsheet
When you need to setup many generic devices for monitoring, you should be able to upload a .csv with the required details for each device, which then populates the chosen customer's device portal.

apply update on multiple clients
Apply on or more specific windows updates manually (not through an automization profile) on multiple clients at one (in example for the whole folder/group). The report functionality (https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005734647-Patch-Search-Deploy-Report) is not sufficient

Display updates for clients in folders
When creating folders in the devices tab, I would like to see the updates for the client PCs in this folder/group. Currently it is necessary to open every client PC of a folder manually to manage the updates

Splashtop Remote Access Conflict. It would be nice if device would show if an agent is remoting the device.
In many cases I want to remote the computer and end up getting message saying someone else is remoting it. It would be nice if we could see which agents/atera account/tech is remoting it. Or simply a message next to device indicating that someone is remoting it. Not sure if it will be possible.

Execute a custom script and the output generated should be used to generate thresholds and performance monitoring.

Bulk edit of monitor configuration for devices
We need a way to be able to bulk enable/disable monitoring for devices - currently you have to go into an individual device and enable/disable.
