When users submit a ticket with an image, its so small i can hardly read what they are showing me, and you cant click on the image to open it at its original size? Can we add that? Otherwise it makes including images in tickets basically worthless.

Is the original image larger than the display?

no the original image is not larger. When you bring an image into a ticket, it seems that it shows it at an arbitrary (but usually small) size. In most softwares you can then click on that image "thumbnail" at least to open it full size either in a new window/tab, or it will open in the default image viewer on the PC at least. In Atera, clicking on it does nothing, and you either have to download the image, or right click and "save as" just to be able to view it at a reasonable size.
There is no way to add screenshots here, or i would do that--so encouraging it seems like a moot point.
