Deactivate Customer Account
It would be helpful to be able to deactivate a customer's account instead of only being able to delete them (subsequently deleting all of their history, tickets etc.).
At present it is only possibly to deactivate the contacts under that customer which doesn't help with customer management as it leaves a long list of customers which is no longer current.

This would be extremely beneficial. Every now & then you might get that client that decides they just dont need your services anymore and that they can handle it moving forward. Meanwhile, you have countless notes & other data stored in their profile. And just when you delete the client (rather than deactivate), they come back realizing they made a mistake - and now you have to start over with everything.

Also, deactivate all the endpoints from sending alerts and be shown as patch pending. That lowers the score for patch management for customers that are inactive or under Break-n-Fix
