An error occurred while saving the comment cjones commentedAgreed here...I think the addition for Mac devices has kind of been neglected. I'd like to see the ability to install apps via script catalog, wake Mac devices (seems to only be allowed for Windows environments)...I'd just like to see the same level of commitment put into managing Windows devices, put into Mac as well.

cjones supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment cjones commentedThis is a much needed feature in my opinion...the inactive customer profile often contains a lot of historical data that needs to be preserved at times, and right now you have 2 choices - delete the customer, or leave them 'active' even if they're no longer your customer.

Definitely needed...I have a couple of clients that are Mac only users. Having to rely on the end-user to shake the mouse or click the keyboard to wake the device is kind of a pain IMO.
