Single Sign on for all Plans
Please can Atera consider allowing SSO with Azure AD on all plans (or Expert and above perhaps?) so that our users (who are very familiar with the big Microsoft Log In Button and use it for other systems they use) can use it to log in?
Most modern web applications have this feature built in / available as standard and seems a little unfair that we need to be Enterprise level to have this feature available to us. (We are using IT Department Expert Plan) Thank you!
Even a particular unnamed open source and free ticket system has the ability for single sign on as a module ;)

"Call for Price" is a 🖕to your customers. This is one of the most critical pieces of technology we may have. You can charge for Conditional Access or advanced features, but the act of a SAML connection is absurd. While SSO tax is out there, look companies that understand their criticality in the stack offer a variety of choices. Atlassian, $3/user via Guard. Slack, modest uptick in cost but nothing extraordinary. Google, no cost. Microsoft, no cost. Atera? "Call for Price". Don't you want to be in good company?
Here is how you do it:
1. SAML on all plans for administrators. Top level access only.
2. SAML for customers = premium feature.
3. Conditional Access w/o SAML = premium feature. Expand White-List to a set of conditions someone can use. -

SSO for the customer portal should be a standard feature. Apparently, it is only available to the Enterprise Level Subscriptions which is very expensive and offers a lot of features that are not as necessary as SSO.
Please ATERA make that available to all
