    "Call for Price" is a 🖕to your customers. This is one of the most critical pieces of technology we may have. You can charge for Conditional Access or advanced features, but the act of a SAML connection is absurd. While SSO tax is out there, look companies that understand their criticality in the stack offer a variety of choices. Atlassian, $3/user via Guard. Slack, modest uptick in cost but nothing extraordinary. Google, no cost. Microsoft, no cost. Atera? "Call for Price". Don't you want to be in good company?

    Here is how you do it:
    1. SAML on all plans for administrators. Top level access only.
    2. SAML for customers = premium feature.
    3. Conditional Access w/o SAML = premium feature. Expand White-List to a set of conditions someone can use.

    Wake up. "Call for price" is not security. Your tool comes with extraordinary risk to a fleet. SSO Tax is temporary, strong auth is not an option... but "Call for price" on SSO capability is a good way of showing that security is lip service.

    THIS. I was scouring the feature board to see if anyone else asked for this and all I saw was integration requests and rando items. Yes, we need AV and other sec info on dashboard, but we REALLY need it in API /agent command.

    - Installed Antivirus
    - List of local users
    - Disk Encryption State (not sure if you can do this or whether this really becomes an MDM problem)

    The installed AV piece is absolutely critical, and if you can tell if it's running that's even better.

    From a compliance standpoint we need to know the Population, then which computers have what AV, and then be able to answer questions like:
    - Are there any computers that need AV?
    - Which are they, and what remediation do they need?
    - Are there computers with AV that is stuck (say you removed WebRoot but it died on uninstall)?
