Microsoft Teams
It would be nice if Atera will integrate Microsoft Teams to his platform. For example Atera could deliver alerts over a Teams Channel and not only via email.

This would be a great addition to the Atera services. Everyone uses Teams these days and it would make sense to have a channel, or a Tab where users could submit tickets and review their status.
It could basically replicate the HelpDesk portal in some sort of iframe in Teams.
I'm sure that it should not be too complicated since you already have all the pieces of the puzzle. Just need to find a way to put them together. lol -

Are there any updates regarding this? It's been almost 2 and a half years since this idea was posted and two years since the Atera product team responded.

Here to chime in that I agree that it would be great to be able to have Atera create tickets from MS Teams. I could see using something like the message thread ID to tie into the ticket, such that if the user sent another message to the same thread, it would append their message to the ticket. And if the integration was done well, then perhaps Atera could track whether the ticket was created in Teams and if so, then it could send replies from the tech to the teams channel instead of via email perhaps. Just thoughts.

I think that the integration should allow users to submit helpdesk tickets through Teams. We could add an Atera Tab to Teams channels so that users can submit their tickets easily.

Would like to be able to start a ticket from a Teams conversation.
