send reports as pdfs
Please have automated reports send the file as a pdf instead of a link requiring you to sign in. Or both. We want to be able to send reports to our clients, but right now we have to send them to a technician who opens each one, saves them as a pdf, and then emails them to each client. It is time-consuming. We can't email them directly to the client as none of them use Atera and it makes them log in which confuses them.

Commenting again on a duplicate request - we need reports to be slick and easy, it gives all crediblity and keeps us sticky.
How do we justify what we charge for monthly services? With REPORTS. The need to be PDFs, not links from our RMM provider!

Urgently needed for our service process!
We currently have to do this monthly, manually and per customer to prove and document our compliance to the SLA.
It also would be really helpful to define the e-mail subject of this auto-generated e-mail with the PDF report, in order to be able to auto-archive this to have this process 90% automated -

The reports I run are mandated by the auditors for compliance purposes.
But having to login, export, then upload is a time consuming task. If the reports were readily available it would be way easier to track an issue or better- observe issues. -

Agreed, when the client eventually logs in the detail in the report may have changed. A PDF at the scheduled time gives a snapshot of things like patch status, which keeps the clients auditors happy.
