Webroot license sync or storage in Atera
Sync customer license numbers with Webroot for automated installation, or at the very least allow us to manually copy the customers Webroot serial number into Atera so that we don't get to go get it from Webroot's portal every time a workstation is added.

I created a powershell script that uses the Atera API to read a custom field called WebRootKey from the customer and auto installs webroot with their key. Then I created an IT Auomation task that runs when an agent is installed to automatically install Webroot. You only need to create a single IT Automation profile to install Webroot on newly installed agents. 100% Webroot install automation.

Oh yeah, the Webroot key needs to be populated/selectable from the customer's password list. That's why the password list exists.

Hi Nick,
Currently we saved the webroot key in a custom field at the customer level. Just before installing Webroot we copy the key from there.
I agree its not ideal. Atera should have thought about this and do not think this is even hard to do. Allow us to store the key at Customer level and when installing webroot, fill in the popup box for the key itself...

I have been using a custom field under the customer to accomplish this so far, but a way to have it autofill when installing webroot on a new device would be great.
