  1. The new layout is not productive. The spacing is to wide to view the ticket status in 1 look. For example the SLA part or waiting for technician respone. Its to far apart

    The previous layout was way more productive/better view.

    I like the filtering and ease of use with the dropdown for status/pending/open

    Please consolidate the new view more for the tickets.

  2. On the Customer Portal, it is confusing for a customer when viewing the list of "Closed" and "Resolved" tickets, that still say "AWAITING CUSTOMER RESPONSE" or "AWAITING TECHNICIAN RESPONSE".

    Please set these statuses to "CLOSED" or "RESOLVED" so as not to be confusing.

  3. Make Regedit screen larger. When going deep into Regedit, you can no longer see or read the columns you are working on, the window is not adjustable either. Please make the screen larger or scalable, or even add a scroll bar would help.

  5. We have a few users that are disabling or uninstalling Atera and Splashtop services.
    Do you have a script that will prevent them from doing this?
    Or at least password protection to prevent disable or uninstall.

  8. It would be great to get historic information for disk space (maybe as a report?) to see the trend for the last 6 months, rather than just the current free space.

    Coupled with that, it would be great to get a predicted mean time until full based on historic trend.

  9. To be able to see under Customer > Devices, if there are any devices that idle (have not been used for X amount of minutes for example).

  13. My current configuration to trigger Atera to send the customer portal credentials is after a new contact is added.

    This is a great feature but, what if your user/contact requested you to resend or reset his customer portal password? I think an option to send / resend will be a great addition to this section as oppose to sending it manually.

    I hope you will grant this request. It would make it so much convenient and easier.

  15. It would be good to be able to run daily, weekly, monthly time reports etc that break down the technicians billable, productive and non billable time. For example 'billable' would be a standard rate for that client, 'productive' would be more for things to show the technician is doing work but might not necessarily be billable to the client such as pre-sales, internal documentation etc and non billable would be things like admin, emails, meetings etc.
    Currently there is only the 'billable' tick box which isn't helpful really unless they're only doing billable work.

  16. Provide Additional Failure Info. At the moment we can not see much information, more log info is needed for the user running the job so we can troubleshoot it internally, it’s probably the command we are running, this will be extremely useful

  18. The device display shows the "Last Logged User". But this information does not clearly indicate if the user is still logged in. It is often stale or incorrect, especially if more than one user is logged in.

    Ideally, it should show the currently logged in user (the one that's active). And it should show their status (Active, Idle, etc...)

  19. Before the update, on the Customer page you had the alphabet laid out so you could say, click "S" to show customers beginning with "S" and so on.

    Now we just have a long list of customers to scroll through which can be frustrating.

    Could the alphabetical selection please return?

  20. Show hard drive active time in the metrics window. Helps to know that some process is using the disk drive at a high percentage and this might be slowing the computer for the end user.
