  1. Allow tickets to be created and assigned from vulnerabilities associated with devices or sites. Eg - If there is a critical update for Microsoft, alert technicians and allow a ticket to be created and assigned to a technician so status of remediation can be monitored and managed.

  2. Have scripts to prompt for input. for example, if I wanted to create a new local user and add to the administrators group. I would run a script but have it prompt for the username and/or password.

    I have a script created and I can either have a set password for all my clients, BAD, or edit the script for each client I would like it ran on, not ideal.

  3. The ability to schedule automation profiles to run based on a device's local time rather than using the General Time Zone setting. For example, an OS patching automation profile that runs at 11am will run at 11am across every country/location regardless of timezone difference. Currently, the limitation is that if the profile is run at 11am and your selected timezone in Atera is set to '(UTC) - Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London', then this creates a problem where the profile runs in the middle of the night for users in Australia, which then means they won't get patched at the right…

  5. "I propose the enhancement of the patch management task cloning feature to include the option of copying associated schedules. Currently, when I create a new client, I clone a predefined task named AAA - TEMPLATE with its preconfigured schedule. I have to manually recreate the schedules each time. It would be highly beneficial to extend the cloning functionality to include schedules, allowing for a more efficient and streamlined process. This enhancement would save time and effort by maintaining consistency in default update policies while providing flexibility for clients with unique scheduling preferences."

  6. We should be able to lock down certain scripts for Tech's only, keeping Admin scripts out of view. (Add a check-box or something to the Script Create\Edit screen)

    It would be nice if we could re-sort the scripts list by Script Name and have a check-box to select several scripts with an option to MOVE them to a different Category

  8. Atera needs to have a single pane of glass view of the overall compliance for a device of ALL updates for a device.

    Under Devices the "Available Patches" should include ALL Security & Critical updates for both Microsoft Windows or Server and include Critical Updates for 3rd Party Patching.

  9. I would like to be able to enable AI suggested replies and solutions for all tickets received (perhaps within ticket automation rules). Ideally, it would look something like this

    Ticket comes in > AI suggest both a reply and a solution > user can deploy the suggested reply with one click, or override it and write their own reply

    They can manually attempt the solution if it seems viable, or disregard this.

    If it could do this with each subsequent reply in the conversation that would be fab

  10. A lot of scripts need to be installed on 1 workstation at a time and not on multiple workstations/devices at the same time. It would be really helpful to be able as you select multiple devices to run a script to be able to select if you want to run them simultaneously or consecutively (1 at a time). like when you are deploying a new tool and it needs to be added to 1 device at a time.   12. i see multiple feature requests for the same thing all with multiple upvotes.
    The request is for automation to be run on machines when they come online as the current setup will skip devices that are offline.

    This is such a crucial feature for automation to work effectively as machines will not always be online at your given schedule as users do not always abide by your requests. for the client device to come online and have scripts/automation's in its queue and then action them is critical

Allow Linux systems to be added to automation profiles so that we can schedule patching sessions and run other Linux scripts as needed on a mass basis and get a report via email like we do for the windows devices. At the moment we can only run the scripts manually against machine and see the output in recent processes report.

  16. Software Inventory Report To Show Software Installed and Patched By Atera

    It would be extremely useful to see which software is having the patching managed by Atera and which isn't. an additional column with green ticks for software managed and a warning icon of some description for software that is unmanaged.

    Software unmanaged by Atera's patching for both Windows and Mac would have the option/button to have Atera reinstall the software so that it becomes managed by Atera's patch management process in the future.

  18. A calendar view for all of the automation profiles that shows the day and time of the week they are scheduled for. This would make for way more efficient planning of the automations, especially since it's already recommended to make a restart task a separate automation from other actions. This has caused us to have to create many duplicate profiles and has created an intensely muddy view of the automation profiles.

  20. Patch schedule calendar integration to be able to exclude dates from patching. Some companies have blackout dates where no changes are allowed. Also be nice to see the actual schedule of patching in a calendar form.
