IT Automation Profile based on Criteria
IT Automation Profile: Apply it to and create a scope where you can click all of these customers where OS = 2012. And then it will apply the changes to any that have that. Criteria. Any servers that will be added in it will automatically go on it. It will automate the automation.

Auto healing script priveledge level
Some of our scripts need to be run as the user. Support have told me that all scripts run from automation profiles are run as 'system', even if the script is created to be run as the user.
Please can the option be given within thresholds to run the auto-healing scripts as either system or user, so that we can roll out further automation.

Unselect/Unselect some patching from going through in IT Auto Profile
Being able to run major updates first and then schedule for the non major updates after.
Basically, to select the patching before they run.2 votes -
System Optimizer
I would love to see more options to optimize the system somewhat like Webroot includes in it's AV. They have a nice little setup for that. That would be sweet! We all don't use Webroot but since it's integrated you may not consider. Please. Thanks!

Ignore Update
It would be really helpful to be able to hide/ignore certain updates on a per device basis and would actually work with the windows update on the device to also hide and ignore it..

email template
Be able to create an email template which then could be assigned to an Automation profile so it could be sent out to the specific company/department notifying about their patching/maintenance downtime and also possibly be able to send once patching and maintenance is complete.

Once an IT and patch automation profile has been associated with a devices (whether it be in a folder or not), there is no function to be able to delete the associated profile massively, other than to delete the profile and then recreate a new one.
A function that allows you to choose the profile to be disassociated and disassociated from the selected devices would be useful.1 vote -
Allow to install local windows updates manually
It is just a shame that Atera cannot add an option to let install Windows updates manually if wanted by users. They added features into automation profile for "disable" and "enable" but no other..

Create Tickets For Patches
I would like to see the option to "Create a Ticket" or have it auto create from the screen where I view the Manage Available Patches for a device. Currently there are options for GoTo Agent and Install, but I think it would be helpful to be able to have the system auto create a ticket about the patches being installed.
This would be handy for billing purposes and just overall tracking of device updates. In a perfect world if you clicked "Install" the system would auto create and auto Complete the ticket when the patch/update was applied. OR if…

Brew Permission
It's currently troublesome to install an app via IT Automation on a Mac, as Brew needs Admin rights for certain apps and the first time usage of Brew throws folder privilege issues on Big Sur 11.5.2.
So please:
Fix the permission issues for the required folders
Add the ability to use admin rights to install apps.7 votesNice! The feature you requested is being reviewed by our product team. We’ll keep an eye on the number of votes, and let you know if a decision is reached to implement. Thank you for being a partner in our process!

Scheduling Software Installs and Uninstallation
After installing Webroot on a customer's PC, I uninstalled her old AV. This caused her PC to reboot in the middle of business meeting she was having. There needs to be a way to schedule the installation of of software to only occur during specific hours

change status timer
Ability to auto close a ticket after a 24-hour period of time from when it was set to the resolved ticket status. This gives us a way to auto send surveys after allowing the customer a day to confirm their issues are resolved before closing a ticket out for billing.

Patching Queue / Delay
Patch Management: Add a delay box. Easier to add a delay (some for maintenance and then delay the patches for reboot) instead of creating different profiles

Show applied patches on each device
When patches are applied via Atera, they do not show up on the server itself.
It would be great to see them there as well and sometimes it irritates some customer

( Z.B. Domänenadmin ) oder Installations-admin

Credential Exchange for Patch Management and automation tasks
Patching is so important now that to have patches fail to install because the user is not signed in poses a risk that patches can be missed within the critical window. If patches could be installed with credential exchange this would resolve the problem 9 times out of 10.
