Install Atera agent with Domotz
Ability to deploy the Atera agent directly when you do a scan with Domotz - would be nice to just run it and then see which devices does not have the Atera agent and then install it

Service Dates for Invoices Exported to QuickBooks Online
When I generate an invoice in Atera and export it to QuickBooks Online, the Service Date column lists the date the invoice was generated and exported. This is a problem for me because I bill at the end of the month. For services rendered to a client in July, I'll generate and export that invoice in the first few days of August, and on the exported invoice all of the service dates are for August even though the invoice is for services rendered in July. The ability to create contracts on specific customers. During a on-boarding automation process, it would be great to be able to create contracts on a customer. Also the ability to set the default contract.

Add-ons are pricy
Add-ons are pricey: Anything extra is $$ = Webroot. We buy it at a dollar at Webroot so we don't get it through it. It is not worth moving 600 licenses in Webroot. It would be much easier to control through you guys.

Remote Connection See Multiple Screens
Remote sessions: Anydesk: It doesn’t pop out with all screens. It just flips. Need with engineers with all screens. They have multiple programs open. Applications database. Have to had their emails, it’s a pain point to click there and then refresh the screen.

Add Online Status to "Generic Devices" in API
Currently, its possible to check the online status of Agents, TCP Devices, SNMP Devices, and HTTP Devices via an API Call, but for some reason Generic Devices do not have any indication of their online status.
We just need an "Online" property on generic devices like all the other devices.

Atera API Alerts - GET alerts by CustomerID
When fetching Alerts via the Atera GET alerts API endpoint, allow us to specify a CustomerID - otherwise, we need to fetch ALL alerts and then filter at our end which is inefficient for both Atera and the consuming client :)

Licences renewal management for 3rd party softwares
The only missing tool for me is a way to assign prices, renewal dates and reminders to the software inventory. For exemple, I'd like to assign the date and price for when and how much my next renewal of Autocad will be needed. Then having a report which shows how much and when we need to spend for licences. It would be a huge planning tool.

Why should I have to pull up a static link everytime to paste it in ?

Export an invoice without a batch.
Allow an invoice that was created outside of the invoice batch process to be exported to a csv file. Allow an invoice to be added to an existing invoice batch.
