Integration with cloud provider Giacom. They do have an API I believe and integrate with other provides such as Datto. Would be great when ordering 365 licences etc if it could be done direct from the Atera console.

Integration with 3rd Party Help Desks such as Mission Control
Mission Control (https://www.missioncontrolnoc.com/) is a North American based help desk and NOC outsourcing service. They currently only support integrations with Syncro and Autotask. We would like to use their services but we don't want to switch to Syncro. It would be extremely helpful it this integration and others were made a priority.

Deactivate a User Account Like on the Front End
Would be nice if the Atera API had the ability to deactivate users just like the front end portion of the website.

Integration sync prefilled main contact name and surname
When synchronising contacts, e.g. to BitDefender, not only should the e-mail address of the main contact be pre-filled, but the first name and surname should also be transferred directly.

Add a PowerShell script inside of new custom script
When creating a new script using an .msi or .exe, it would be nice to be able to add in another step like adding in a PowerShell script that runs after the .msi or .exe installs.

Go cardless (in the UK) is one of the only ways to set up direct debits (automated monthly payments)

Faronics Deep Freeze.
This would be a good app integration, I use this for a number of windows endpoints that are in use by the public use. A reboot and the PC is set back to its original state. They have several offerings, a standard suite and an enterprise suite. This would be a good addition.

RemotePC
Would be great to have a direct connection with iDrive's Helpdesk RemotePC. Would be a simple integration and provide an acceptable / affordable alternative remote connection method as SplashTop has its issues and so does AnyDesk.

Zoho Assist
It would be nice to have something like Zoho Assist integrated as an alternative to Splashtop SOS, as Zoho even has a free option, which would be perfect for someone who only occasionally needs use an attended log in, and doesn't want to pay for a full Splashtop SOS account.

IAM Solution
Would be great if Atera was able to setup a LDAP server that we can configure windows/mac devices to connect to for OS authentication.
Something like setting up an OpenLDAP server and using pGina to enable authentication for operating systems. This would eliminate the need for folks like myself having to worry about a AD solution just to manage user accounts for all my clients. That way we can have a global repository for every client and configure permissions accordingly.
