  1. Chat capability is not translated in French. It remains in English which means our customers cannot use it. This is one of the reason, also the helpdesk agent that is not translated, that we are not using Atera's ticketing system

  4. Currently, if engineer/technician goes to ticket time entries, he can see the rate we are charging customer. This information should not be shown to technician unless allowed via permissions. Billing and how much who is charged is responsibility of accounts team and engineers are not supposed to even see this information.

    You can mention the rate name, but no need to add the value to it... THat can be looked up if needed.

  6. When you merge tickets alerts, no information is left on the ticket so we don't know what it is referring to. Useful to add the body of the ticket or the title of the ticket/alert. Or maybe a link to the other closed ticket.

  7. While entering time in a ticket, add the ticket status drop down to close or change the ticket status to reduce the amount of steps needed.

  10. To be able to edit the ticket description while working on the ticket without stopping the timer. Add a button that allows to continue working or stop timer that way if we are in the middle of something and don't want to forget what notes we want to put to the ticket we can enter the notes and continue working without worrying that we forgot a note. If we are done with the ticket we can always just click the stop button

  13. Either somewhere on the ticket, indicate who is currently viewing the ticket (or who has most recently viewed the ticket) or something indicating a tech is currently remoted to that device. For example, I had an urgent ticket come in and I reached out (via external communication) to a specific tech to address the ticket. By looking at the ticket I can see in he's assigned the ticket to himself and asked the contact for permission to remote to her computer.   14. Time sheet should be in ticket for customer to read !!

    Now the customer have to guess what kind of work we've done for them.
    Or wait until we make a report. The actual work done should be in the ticket for the customer to read! Just as part of the conversation.

  17. When a ticket title is too long, we don't see much information, which makes it difficult to quickly check a ticket.

  18. Hi,
    Any ticket page has constantly the same page title: <title>Atera - RMM software | PSA & Remote Access for MSPs</title>

    This should be changed to include ticket number at the end:
    <title>Atera - RMM software | PSA & Remote Access for MSPs | #1203</title>
    so when the URL is copied over to another system or conversation, it automatically displays the ticket number without a need of opening the URL.

    We reference a lot of tickets and this 2 minute change would make referencing way simpler.

  19. When a Ticket is closed can the email response include the last comment made on the ticket? Whether it be from the Customer or the Technician?
    My process is the update with final notes, press “Send Reply”, then I set the Ticket Status to either Resolved or Closed. I don’t see a way to set Resolved and have it Send Reply all in the same action.
