Schedule Patches and other things for a one-time execution in addition to doing it "now"
You recently released options to schedule a one-time reboot; take that further. Let's get "Schedule..." in addition to "Run" uniformly throughout Atera. I would love to schedule Patch installs for tonight but from the run window - just delay that start. Same for anything and everything that you can do "now" - would love to be able to do it later too.

add a page button at the top of devices page
It would be nice to have the page buttons (1,2,3... etc) at the top of the page as well as the bottom. This way we don't have to scroll down to the bottom every time we want to go to the next page.

availability in search
Want to make it possible in the devices search to see which of the devices have enabled Availability Monitoring so it's easier to find those that need monitoring but haven't enabled it.
For example:
Searching for all devices named "Server", now we need to manually check every search result instead of having an option in the search for Availability Monitoring Enabled/disabled.2 votes -

I want to work further with the result from my advanced report filter and move over to the devices section with the result used as device filter. Thus we can e.g. run scripts on the result from the advanced report.

Text box should recognize string of zero's/Allow Asset Tag scanning
In the Device Custom Field as well as Custom Assets: Allow text boxes to carry multiple zeros and increase character capacity (we use barcode asset tags). It would be amazing to 1. Add a device to a site 2. Create a custom field under device for "Asset Tag" 3. Go to Site and create the Asset based on the Device that was just added in step 1. 4. If user creates a custom field for Asset tag under Custom Assets section then ATERA recognizes that information from the Device section and allows you to click into it to bring you…

in hardware information display RAM configuration
We need much more detailed information about the hardware in our devices. The information is all there and the RMM we come from (naverisk) had this going for it. Have a look, that's how we imagine it: https://i.imgur.com/N3G5Dd0.png
especially the RAM configuration is important (as you want to know what type you need to extend/replace ram)

Under the device itself, would be nice to have field for the last established remote connection
On the device: would be nice to know when is the last time the technician connected. Also, would be nice to also have a video to know what happened, if we need to verify, we see the connection that was done.

allow servers to use different remote access
Currently, I AnyDesk does not work consistently on any of my Windows servers. I need to use Splashdesk for the servers. However, Splashdesk insists on installing Printers on all my endpoints. This is a problem for a lot of the endpoints I manage. So I default to AnyDesk and install Splashdesk additionally on the servers.
I would prefer not to install any remote access applications I don't need on the servers.
It would be nice to set a separate default for Servers and for client endpoints.

Show device description in list
Can we get the device descriptions to show in the device list? We have the device names as their inventory numbers (for example, ISD001001, ISD001002, etc), which tells us nothing about what device it is. However, we do put in descriptions on each Windows device so we know whose it is, phone extension, etc. It would be really help to have the descriptions show in the device list as well so instead of having to guess which one and then click it and be wrong for hundreds of devices, a quick glance would tell us which one is which.

Add a new tab on the left "Inventory" be able to have a list of hardware and associate them with a PC or client with custom fields like date price warranty ..., for example, I got 10 PC's i7 8gen 500$ each from Jan 1st 2023 , I click on one of them and add it to a client folder or SSD or monitor...

Select All for 'unassigned folder' to allow the ability to move devices in there all at once
Currently, the only way to move unassigned devices from the 'unassigned' to say 'workstations' is to go into devices, filter client/device type/folder, click the 3 dots, edit relations
Suggestion: the other folders in Customer/Devices have a check box for all devices or individual ones, and edit relations that way, it would be cool to have that in the unassigned folder, which is right next to the other folders.

Ability to access devices without remoting into it
Ability to access devices on the network their web gui, without having to log into a machine. Being able to pass httpp and access the log-in, without having to log into the device in the network. Other RMMs do have that capability. Web interface that we can log into. Pass through one of the devices on the network and just pull up back-end web interface where we can log in without disturbing the customer.

Sort by Reboot required through Devices menu
It would be beneficial for your RMM software to have a feature that allows sorting by Reboot required. This would enable the system to organize devices by the need to restart them. By doing so, you can prioritize actions based on which devices require immediate attention, thereby enhancing your overall efficiency.
