Yes please! Being able to edit ticket notes would be fabulous.
Like others have suggested, being able to edit would help streamline the history. But I need it to correct mistakes and keep the ticket history accurate. -

Yes, this is a great idea that would help small operators.
There could be a list of "approve for self-service" packages.
Or it could trigger a workflow for approval and licensing before installing.
Like so many operators we don't allow users to have administrative rights to their computers. I don't care how many copies of Chrome, Notepad++ or 7-Zip are in the environment. But I have to come type an admin password. Not a value-add engagement.
It would save me time and money if users could be empowered to get some of these apps on their own. It would also improve relationships around such a blunt security control.

I'm an in-house IT department so the MSP/client contract isn't useful in my situation.
Back when I used an MSP I had them manage some of my vendors for example printer & copiers maintenance.
Atera could use a more generalized, flexible contract management capability for vendors and suppliers.

I'm an in-house IT department and have no need for billing and invoicing. Being able to customize the UI would allow me to reprioritize the UI and focus.
Oh yeah, the Webroot key needs to be populated/selectable from the customer's password list. That's why the password list exists.
