Ability to specify at the folder level that the agent should be automatically enabled and have to do it by device. That way once in a folder it just enabled automatically if that folder is setup to have that. I also would like it to not hide itself on the taskbar as users are constantly saying it isn't on there machine just to have to go and its just under the little carrot and have to drag it back down. Maybe a desktop icon that is more reliable. Also the token process is constantly broken so a better method for a contact to get the agent setup.

Is there an ETA On when this might happen as not letting tech move device between folders or do basic tasks that only an admin can do that a tech should be able to do is insane.

yes as we currently just use a outlook calendar to do this but something tied into the system with an good report tied to it would be useful.

Yes yes and yes please this would make it so we can actually trust the time entries on tickets and track time against clients more accurately and also save a ton of time at the end of the month trying to track down techs or verify times are accurate and so on.

we are seeing this a ton as well now as of late. And its popping up and bugging users and we are having to remove the agent which makes it harder to support are clients.
